It does not even deserve a star. I ordered a watch on February 11th, cancelled my order 5 days later because I wasn’t going to receive it for Valentine’s Day ( I did select delivery between 2-5 working days). I’ve been in contact with Michael and asked for a full refund on February 14th I think. Still nothing and We are on the 26th of April. I just think this website should be banished. I’ve lost 79€ and I am really considering hiring a lawyer to get my money back. That Michael kept saying that he will send me the proof of him refunding me but nothing, I don’t even get answer anymore. This is such a disappointment. Really hating it.

The most popular model Milano Blue/G you have ordered is temporarily sold out and on pre-order at the moment. This model will come back in stock now in February. Then we will start to ship all pre-orders immediately. We have put the delivery date on 28th February on our website. We are sorry if that was not stated clear enough. It is written in bold next to the ’Add to cart’ button so we were sure no one would miss it. When you ordered I think it also was written on the product image.
As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive full tracking directly to your e-mail from UPS Express.
Would you like to change to another model, any you like? Or you can just keep your original order.

Since my last review I have formally cancelled my order for the Cavour white watch. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received in the past week (I.e. none). I NEVER post bad reviews of companies or brands but I have to say that the way Bonvier have handled my order has been disgraceful. They have almost £100 of my money and have seemingly disappeared off the face of the earth. I have sent messages by email, on Facebook and on Instagram to ask for my money back for a week now and no one has been in touch. It is purely illegal to hold someone’s money and not provide the product they paid for. I still maintain that the watches look beautiful but for the experience I’ve had, I will not be going back to them. Michael, please just pay me back my money.

This company are a scam. No watch after nearly a month, communication is pointless, either no response or generic reply. When you ask for a tracking number for your parcel it's ignored. They keep deleting critical comments from Instagram. Do not buy from this company!

Hello, i order a watch more Than 15 days ago and we are still waiting for it. When i bought it, it said that it will take between 2-5 days. I just want to know if there is a problem or how much time would take?. As well, i dont have any track number to follow or answer by e-mail. I ordered a watch 16.04 with a 2-5 day delivery, so it should have been here already. I have contactet bonvier through there website with no response, and the order just says paied for, use number or press here to track the order, but there is a lack of buth numer and link so it just feels like a scam at this point. Just hope i will get a watch before march or at all for that matter

I had to pay an extra 100 euros for the shipment of 80 euros worth of watch. The website says they offer free shipping which is a total lie. Their customer service is also terrible. They answer my complaint emails once a month and they're like "oh we're sorry, did you solve the problem?" Well, would I be contacting you if it was solved???
Just make sure you never ever buy anything from this irresponsible company.
I received a watch from Bonvier, which is ok but I paid $22 for shipment which they didn't mentioned on their site as they say we offer free shipment worldwide, which is not true. I mailed them many times regarding this concern and asked for a refund of shipment fees that I paid, it's been more than a month I haven't received my refund yet. The watch which was actually $162 costed me around $184.
We still didn’t recieved the watch. Although I send a mail and with the reaction, you get the track and trace, we still haven’t anything. Bad communication!
Ups wasn't a supportive carrier and they rescheduled 3 times the delivery after I had to contact their support via tweeter.
I was surprised I received just a watch fiddling around in a plastic bag. But a paper note from Bonvier put in the box explained it was a first parcel and I will receive a correct one once the covid19 crisis is over with a correct watch box and so on. Their Italian supplier is not able to fulfill their orders.
I want to trust them and I'm waiting for the second parcel they promised and will correct my review.

Last summer I ordered two Bonvier watches. I ordered them to match my outfit for two marriages. The regular delivery periode passed but I didn't find them in my mailbox. After contacting Bonvier, Michael apologized for the delay and promised to add an extra gift in my package. What a nice solution I thought.
In the end, I received my two watches too late for the weddings, and there was no extra gift in my package to be found... That left me quite disappointed.

Received the wrong item and still got no reply.
Now I‘m stuck with the wrong strap and lost 35€ thanks to Bonvier.
my watch still hasn't arrived after a month. But otherwise it is very beautiful I hope to receive it soon. Thanks for you Time.
