Order change request n°9559

Dear Mr. Michael,

herewith I kindly ask you for information regarding my order n° 9559.

Given the logistical and production difficulties associated with the procurement of the watch model I have chosen, I ask you if it is still possible to change the model chosen with another model that may already be available in your laboratories.

In particular, I ask you if you can replace the model chosen with the Cavour White / G (42 mm) model with Brown Croco Leather strap.

I look forward to your kindly feedback, I take this opportunity to thank you for the availability reserved for me.

Mistake in my order

I received the wrong strap with the watch after a 8 days shipment.

I ordered a watch for my fathers 60th…

I ordered a watch for my fathers 60th birthday on the 25th jan, hoping for it to arrive in the 2-5 days they promised.
It’s 9 days over and after 2 emails I still haven’t heard anything.
Poor customer service. and with my fathers birthday 2 days away I suppose I’m just going to have to embarrass myself In front of my family and friends by saying “sorry it hasn’t turned up yet!”
I was hoping to get myself and My brother one each for my wedding coming up shortly, but don’t fancy having this place to own before my wedding!

Very good, but have truble setting the moonphase calendar.

The watch came without instructions, and even though the instructions are available online, they are very inaccurate for the model I have ordered.
I figured out the day of the week and the date as it is pretty common in all watches, but as this is the first time I purchased a watch with a moonphase calendar, I have no idea how it works. Can I set it up? How? Is it automatic?

Despite that, I am happy with my purchase. Exactly like on the pictures. Good quality and beautiful design. Super fast delivery.

I will definitely recommend it :)

I saw now that the instructions online for this movement are missing. We will immediately upload a new set. We have a new warranty card and instructions for 2020. I will make sure these are sent out to you now.

As for this movement. When you pull out the crown there are 2 positions/clicks. The first position/click is for the date and moonphase. Pull the crown to that first position and then rotate and the date will change if you rotate in one direction and rotate the other direction and the moonphase will change. The last position/click is for the time and weekdays, pull it to that second position and then rotate and the time and weekdays will change together. So keep rotating to change the weekdays.

They told me that it will take 2 to 3…

They told me that it will take 2 to 3 days in the livraison of my order, so I wait a month and I can not communicate with Bonvier, they do not answer me I think it is a scam and I will denounce the police do not buy anything I do not advise you

Recently I have received my watch after 21 days. Now I was happy until I wanted to correct the time and the button of the watch detached from the watch.

The problem That has occurred means that the watch is not functioning anymore. I want to return the beautiful watch but again I do not receive any response on my email.

I have responded your e-mail. What happened? This problem we have not had before. If there is any problem with the crown you are of course entitled to a new replacement watch at no cost according to your warranty. All watches sent out are thoroughly inspected so it have to be due to outer force. In any case this is not acceptable and we will immediately ship out a new package.

Really Disappointed...

Really Disappointed...
I placed the order(#8652) at 28th December. They sent me a UPS tracking number next day mentioning that order will ship soon. After 13 days, still not delivered. I sent them a message via Instagram (I think they blocked me or Instagram says their page is not available) but no reply.

And I sent a mail and they again sent me that tracking number which doesn't have any information about delivery date.

And that person said "I don't understand your order is fulfilled and all models of this one shipped out."
But I didn't get the product yet.

The biggest disappointment is I ordered this for a gift which I need tomorrow (13th) but now I have look for another option.

I am not sure will I get this or not, But If you are looking to buy watches, think twice.

"We got too many orders" is not a good excuse for customers who spent their money and time.

Order not shipped

I ordered on 25/Nov, ( order number #8526) got a confirmation of shipment on 26/Nov, with a link that shows no movement at all. I have emailed twice, sent a message on messenger, left a comment on Facebook and my son has messaged them on Instagram, all with NO reply. Will my son even receive the ordered watch for his birthday ? I’m not sure

Again, fast confirmation but to tracking number of UPS. You said that you send me my tracking number, but I still haven't received one. It is necessary to get mine because I probably will be dropped off at a pick up location. Could you send mine to my e-mailadres so I can track my order?
