The ordering process is awful
The ordering process is awful. Can't get the same colour in right size to buy sets. How about putting in sizes and then having options on what is avaliable, rather than getting the bra then finding no sizes in the matching knickers. Most frustrating.

Really like the products but please, please change it so we can use our loyalty points alongside any discount! 🙏 Defeats the point of the loyalty program if you have to choose between the two as you're not really getting the proper discount if it's better financially to just shop with a discount code.

Really comfortable bras
Been struggling to find bras that are comfortable and don’t leave awful marks when I take them off. These bras are so comfortable, easy to order and mine were received really quickly. Will definitely order again.

The bras do not provide any support…
The bras do not provide any support whatsoever. The band is not tight enough. The design is poor. I have a £4.99 primark bra that provides more support. The returns process is unnecessarily arias - you can’t bulk return so it takes ages to get through each item.

Amazing Customer Service
I found the customer service to be excellent. On my second order with Boody, I had problems with an item. I emailed them over the weekend and heard back first thing Monday morning. Customer care was very friendly and orientated towards solving the issue quickly. The next day, a replacement was shipped out. I was actually in awe about the friendliness and super prompt help! I love Boody's products and will surely order again in the future. Thank you!

So comfortable and not ugly like most bigger bras .
I took the padding out of the T shirt bras because I dislike padding but the crop top and the mesh bra were perfect .

The whole ordering experience was smooth and easy from start to finish. Delivery was quicker than expected, and everything arrived neatly and securely packaged. I’ve especially been impressed with the midi knickers — they fit perfectly and are really comfortable for everyday wear. The quality feels great, and they’ve quickly become a favourite. The only thing I’d love to see is a wider range of colours available more consistently. Overall, a very satisfying experience and I’d happily order again.

The best products on earth. I have a skin disease call Morphea and wearing bras and underwear were so painful for me…until I found Boody!

I really enjoy this brand and will continue to purchase from them.
Boody's bamboo underwear feels genuinely luxurious when you first receive it soft, comfortable, and thoughtfully made. I also really appreciate their values: the ethical sourcing, inclusive representation, and the overall aesthetic of the brand. Everything from the packaging to their Instagram feels intentional and aligned.
Their period underwear in particular is one of the best I’ve tried. It’s comfortable, looks good, and feels reliable compared to other options on the market.
A couple of honest points to consider:
- Care is important. If you don’t follow the washing instructions carefully (e.g. using a wash bag or hand washing), the items can lose their quality more quickly. This can make them feel less worth the investment over time.
- Fit and support: while the bras are comfortable, I personally find the support/uplift could be improved especially compared to other non-wired options I’ve tried. I understand they are trying to cater to a wide range of bodies, but this might be an area to develop further.
- Website experience: as someone who is neurodivergent, I sometimes find the website a bit confusing to navigate. Some items look quite similar, and building a basket can feel slightly overwhelming in terms of sizing and selection.
That said, these are relatively small issues compared to the overall experience.
I genuinely enjoy receiving orders from Boody, I love the colour palettes, and I appreciate what the brand stands for. I’ll definitely continue to support them and look forward to seeing how they evolve.

I am in love with boody products
I am in love with boody products, love their PJs but also the underwear is so so comfy. The best I think is the full bust tshirt bra with padding (extremely comfortable and looks good as well).
Customer service is excellent too, so over all I would recommend this brand 100%.
