I used book my garage and found C&T (Mr Eastwood) he contacted me really quickly after my initial query and had availability really soon. He was honest and approachable and gave me the information in a way I understood. I would use his services again and recommend him to friends and family

Used this for the first time on the…
Used this for the first time on the recommendation from a pal. Booked a MOT and full service with a local garage. Two days hence still no word from the garage. I read a few reviews and they stated that this is not a booking site but a request site. Book my garage does not have live access to the garages diary, so you request a spot nothing is confirmed.

To clarify, bookings made through Book My Garage are booking requests which are confirmed by the garage directly.
While many garages respond quickly, response times can vary, and we’re always happy to step in if there’s a delay.

Thank you for providing further details, this has enabled us to locate your booking, which we appreciate.
To clarify, Book My Garage does not directly integrate with garages’ live diaries. However, every garage has access to a dedicated portal where they are responsible for keeping key information such as pricing and availability up to date, so availability should be as accurate as possible.
Garages are also encouraged to contact customers within 4 working hours of a booking request, and we’re sorry that this didn’t happen on this occasion.
We’ll be investigating this internally with the garage involved to ensure this is addressed and to help prevent it happening again.
