Unreliable and Unprofessional: Avoid Bookwriting Founders
I am writing to share my frustrating experience with Bookwriting Founders. Despite notifying them of my decision to terminate our contract over a month ago, I have received no constructive response, besides confirmation of receiving the message. This complete lack of communication is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.
Throughout our time "working together", I encountered numerous issues. The quality of services provided was consistently substandard. There was no "dedicated team" assigned to work on my book. Deadlines were frequently missed, and I was given countless excuses, ranging from technical problems to personal issues like a sick grandma. These excuses only highlighted the lack of seriousness and professionalism in their operations.
Bookwriting Founders failed to deliver on their promises and obligations. The delays and poor quality of work were unacceptable, and their current silence only makes things worse. It is clear that this is not a company that takes its commitments seriously or values its clients.
To fellow authors, I strongly advise against engaging with Bookwriting Founders. Their unprofessionalism, constant delays, and poor communication have made my experience deeply frustrating. I hope others can avoid the same problems I faced with this unreliable company.

Edits were completed on time, and customer service was professional. While there's always room for improvement, I'm satisfied with the changes made to my manuscript and would consider using Book Writing Founders again.
