We obtain more information than any digital valuation and we provide a lot of additional market data to the agent. You will recall that you choose the agent and therefore it is your decision who provides the valuation and who will contact you. We clearly advise at the bottom of screen where you choose your 3 agents that we will be passing on your info to those agents to enable them to provide you with your valuations. The local knowledge of the agent and what is happening in the local market is often crucial to what price can be achieved for a property. SmartVal gives you access to that local expertise. Too intrusive, didn’t want estate agents chasing me, was not made aware of this. Feel I have sold my details and now stuck on “the database”

Valuations just cut and pasted from Zoopla.
The valuations are pretty poor because all the agents are doing is looking at Zoopla for the prices.

I was very pleased with the quick…
I was very pleased with the quick response, however, two of the valuations were actually completely wrong.. this was confirmed when the agents came over for a face to face assessment.
