Adam is as our advisor and within first call, I realised he is the giy who is dedicated and honest with his work. My partner and I worked with Jay Blackaby. We started the process hoping to move at the beginning of 2025. After working quickly with Jay to get an estimate for a mortgage amount and discussing different rates we agreed to postpone to a later date when we could get a larger mortgage.
When we came back to Jay in early 2026, we picked up exactly where we left off. We continued on with immense speed and got straight to it. Every call I had with Jay was polite, informational and supportive. He was great help in emails, on the phone and whenever we needed him. Very prompt to reply and get things done which is such a big thing when working towards a mortgage.
We cannot thank Jay enough for all his hard work and constant dedication to helping us.

Fantastic service by Kathryn, I was kept updated throughout and received quick responses to all my concerns and enquires.
