Boosteroid’s support team truly exceeded my expectations. I was having an issue with my controller not working on certain games, and they didn’t just give generic replies, they actually took the time to investigate, make adjustments on their end, and follow up until everything was fully fixed. It’s rare to see a company show this level of care and respect for their customers. Huge thanks to the team for their patience, quick action, and the way they genuinely make you feel valued.

Absolutely ASS if you live in the USA! Either you have terrible quality of stream or a glitch happens. I cannot play RDR2, the game is completely frozen. I can hear everything in the game going on but the actual visuals are not moving. In call of duty: cold war, theres a minor glitch in a corner of random colors. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Service was “fine” but the customer support is the worst I have ever seen. No one responds on twitter, no one responds to emails. And they the finally do you get one condescending message that was not even correct in what they said. Then of course no response to your reply.

If you are happy with not having to ever contact them for support I guess it’s fine. But a terrible terrible company for support

It's one of my favorite cloud gaming services as I canplay on my firestick 4k max with 0 compression on ethernet and get 4k 60 fps native games unlike geforce now that locks 4k unless you have a shield tv i love boosteroid and hope they keep up the updates and making the platform the best cloud gaming service ever!

Game selection is great on this platform. I had an issue with the COD Modern Warfare game save, and it was resolved within a day. Good gaming experience overall.

Awful live chat. Was talking to a someone named galacticshadow who had absolutely 0 care for my situation. I wanted a refund for a subscription that I canceled and it still kept me subscribed! Refused to refund me and kept telling me its our policy so now I have to chargeback with my bank...

sometimes lagy games dont save on their machne and you have to logging everytime + they charged me automaticly and refused to refund even if i dont use it

I love having Boosteroid as I cannot play most games on my MacBook but with Boosteroid this no longer as issue! I can easily play games on the go (with good internet). The customer service is quick, friendly, and very helpful. The price is fair and I feel that my data is safe. 10/10 would recommend.

I wish I could give this zero stars, but one is the lowest. Boosteroid's entire website and signup process is a deliberate maze of confusing pop-ups, buried fine print, and misleading "instant access" buttons that pressure you into subscribing before you even understand what you're buying. The pricing page throws around vague "starting from €7.49" without clearly explaining the commitment—it's annual by default, and good luck spotting the opt-out buried in a tiny footer link that requires scrolling through walls of legalese.
Once you're tricked into hitting "subscribe," boom—your card is charged, and that's it. No trial period, no grace window, and their ironclad no-refund policy (hidden in the Terms & Conditions you "agree" to without reading) kicks in immediately. I tried contacting support right away, but their "24/7 chat" is a joke—bots that loop you in circles until you give up. They straight-up admitted no refunds "per policy," leaving me out €90 for a service that lagged horribly on my setup anyway.
This isn't user-friendly design; it's fraudulent engineering to confuse and convert impulse clicks into locked-in payments. Avoid at all costs—there are better cloud gaming options that don't treat you like a mark. Steer clear!

Best support team ever!

Three instance crashes within 4 days of gameplay. The instance goes down before the Steam client has a chance to upload your save, so if your game relies on syncing with the Steam cloud, you'll basically lose the entire progress of the session.

When asking the support person "SpaceCat", the only thing they said was "We apologize for the inconvenience."

No information of what caused the crash, when it's going to be solved nor any kind of compensation for the wasted time was provided.
