Wasted an hour in store

Went to boots longbridge to get some prints. Couldn't get either machine to work with leads. No internet connection.
Tried blue tooth which took do long we abandoned it. Was in the store for an hour with various members of staff trying to help.

Went home and looked up M Spielman. Realised we could simply download the pics and click and collect. Wish we had known sooner...was so simple, same price as boots. I know what to do in future.

It was supposed to take 2-3 working…

It was supposed to take 2-3 working days. Now it’s going to take 10 days and be late for a major birthday with no warning that it was going to be late until well after the delivery date. Really poor.

Easy design, great quality case for fair price

I ordered a custom phone case for my Pixel 9 XL Pro. The browser design app just worked properly, was easy to use and provided a nice preview of my custom case and how it would look on my phone. Turnaround was fast and the gorgeous new case was packed well for delivery. It has already held out VERY well from two drops - the lip on the screen side is enough to protect it from impact. And a much better price than sites like Casetify (their browser design apps don't even always work well!). Would definitely buy again.

I would have liked to have saved my…

I would have liked to have saved my photo project so I could have some days to go over what I wanted. But everything else was good & the photos came back nice.

The ease of the interface and ordering process made it very easy to place the order. The feedback on the uploaded image quality, and if it was sufficient to give a high quality result is also useful.

Having a faster turn around time in receiving the item would make the service even better

Unnumbered and colour balance appalling.

514 photos ordered. None of them had any info (eg image number) on the back. Additionally, many were muddled up within their cardboard folders. Also, the red colours were brown and the images all too dark, meaning that the detail in the pictures (which were of embroidery) were unclear. Very disappointing.

I rang the helpline to be told that sometimes the photo processing printed numbers, and sometimes they didn't: it wasn't guaranteed, but that I could return them all if I wanted and they would send a postage label.

As I was away in a remote location on holiday at the time, this was not possible.

I won't be using Boots Photo again - it isn't what it used to be!

Unfortunately, there is no way for us to guarantee that your images will be printed in a specific order, as the printing process is entirely automated. Different labs contain different photo print production machines; some print dates on the back of photos while others do not. As we cannot guarantee that a date will appear, this is not something we advertise or offer.

While we cannot control this aspect, we recognise that it is not ideal and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience it may have caused.

Regarding the image quality and colour concerns, the prints would need to be returned for investigation. Unfortunately, as you were unable to return them, we were limited in what we could do in this case. I apologise for the inconvenience caused.

Not happy with the order and collect…

Not happy with the order and collect service. I waited at the Crewe photo station for 15 minutes stuck on the screen ‘order is being requested’, with a screaming baby.

There were no instructions on what to do and then the machine asked me if I’d like to cancel. I never got my photos.

I asked the staff in boots for help but they said as it’s third party they couldn’t help.

The cushion is so soft to the touch and…

The cushion is so soft to the touch and the HD quality of the photo printed onto it is outstandingly brilliant! The price reflects the quality of the cushion-the image was exactly the same quality of the uploaded photo but bigger, I was blow away by the quality!
