The product is ingenious and that is where the value is for me. I had read about the slosh pipe before and this is the product that makes it happen with some water. there are videos. you tubes out there so that I got s15- 20 exercises within 48 hours to work out on. Delivery is satisfactory.

Maintaining my balance as I enter my 70s
I've always wanted a Bosu trainer for use at home. When I received the 20% off coupon over Memorial weekend, I couldn't resist. The quality of the product assures me this item will last the rest of my life as I'm in my late 60's. Everything I read talks about the importance of maintaining your balance as you age. Having this product in my home will ensure I'm doing all that I can to remain balanced!
