I was dissatisfied with my first purchase. Item came very poorly packaged, without directions and with no parts for final assembly. Website is easy to navigate for purchase, but difficult for support. My email to seller was returned as declined. I have returned to the website to purchase parts that I barred from others to make my purchase complete and I hope that that purchase will be more successful.

Checkout issue
Everything was good except for a blip during checkout. My card kept getting bounced saying suspected fraud. I called my bank after seeing the charge 3 times (which were immediately reversed by Bosu) and they said problem was with merchant. Who knows… in the end I went back and checked out without issue.
