I used BBJ to sell my late mother's house in Derby. Throughout they were excellent. Chris Birds, the valuer, clearly understood both the house (a large Victorian property) and the local market, and gave a carefully justified valuation. Later, when it came to negotiating,Michelle Sillett and others very successfully increased the initial offer. Communication was excellent and BBJ were able to assist with access and recommendations for e.g. house clearance very efficiently.
