This site just dont stack up against the competition, particularly in terms of cash outs, slow to unlock in play, often not even offered on markets where competitors would for example last night me and my mate had punt a on a boxing match, just the result mind. I did it with boyles, my mate was on bet365. We are both on the same market, well he had constant cash out offers live through out the fight, My bet was locked from the moment I placed it until its conclusion. The bet builders on basketball are farcical literally only offer what they want you to bet thinking they are so clever and will manipulate the punter in taking more risks, something that's offered elsewhere on the likes of Powers and Bet365 by the way. The slots are totally rigged, complete joke out of 10 games Ive played 1 is consistent with its rtp, I literally have nothing good to say about them, I went into the Live chat for help with something on a couple of occasions, the wait times to speak to a human are often over an hour and most of the the time its into the hours, Its simply not good enough and your money is better spent elsewhere.

This is a rip off over 100 1 and 2 pound bonus games paying less than 20p bonus games it really is clear as day that this site cheats customers with making bonus games just be pointless

Please do not use this bookmakers if you love a bet on tennis matches in order not to fall in the same situation I had this morning.
This bookmakers have a stupid rule on a retired tennis players during their matches. I had £25 win double on two tennis players this morning, the 1st player won, 2nd player was winning by a country mile in the 2nd set, having already won the 1st set. My player was 1/100 on in running, within touching distance of winning the match, and that's when his opponent decided to retire as he was about to lose the match.
According to Boyle sport there is no winner in this match, both bets are refunded, where other major bookmakers would have paid out as long as your player won the 1st set.
Imagine if a horse is pulled up during the race, and therefore every other bet including the pulled up horse are refunded back to the customer. Stupid right.
Imagine being on the other side of the coin if I backed the retired player, not only he played like he was 100 years old with no hope of winning, he also retired, and therefore it would be fair on me to receive my money back. What a luxury treatment. Why should I get my money back? There has to be a winner, there's no such a thing as no winner, in fact the tennis federation recognise my player as the winner of this match, and quite rightly so along with other major bookmakers who also recognise the guy who retired having lost the 1st set as the loser. Well its obvious isn't it.. this also opens up a case for corruptions. You can a have a single bet on one tennis player, watch the match for 2 hours, and you are winning the match easily, then it comes down to nothing. All a waste of time. It offers no security for the punters. I have closed my account with them following a long discussion and yet they can't see that it's a stupid rule, invented by stupid people.
Please do not have a bet on tennis mstches with this bookmakers, try major bookmakers such as corals for example, who would recognise the winner and pay out as long as you won the 1st set.
Furthermore, I had £50 on a horse at 15/8 2nd favourite.. they were going behind the stalls at the time when I quickly rushed to place the bet, after the horse had won, I noticed I've backed the favourite instead of the 2nd favourite.. how this happened, they've swapped places with the favourite as I was placing the bet, they moved the 2nd favourite to the top of the list the same moment I placed the bet.. you can't trust this bookmakers with your money, go elsewhere.

Never play slots on here. Firstly scammed out of welcome free spins due to how they set up your account from the start, you have to be in the detail to follow the process or they’ll scam you. Secondly the slots are cheap rip offs of Vegas originals. Lastly, I’ve never experienced such a low percentage of hitting bonus across so many spins and gems etc. It’s a scam website and I’m closing my account immediately.
