Perfect communication from staff on all issues, quick and easy set up and allocation, of clean units, very reasonable prices in a tidy secure and accessible yard. Can't fault it. Just what I'm looking for.

I can’t say enough about how helpful the team have been, I had an issue with my container and they where so helpful to get me in to another container within days not only that they went out of there way to get it treated with a special treatment so I didn’t have any other issues. Very helpful when you call and good at keeping you up to date with day to day running and security 👍🏻 Merry Christmas to you all 🎄

Really easy to use, staff are responsive to all emails, professional and everything is dealt with in a timely manner. They are always really helpful.

Very easy to use, easy access during (long) opening hours. Monitored 24/7. Easy to set up and pay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located - choice of locations dependent on storage needs. We’ve been using them for a few months now with no issues.
Additional- was locked out over new year and never got an apology. They changed the locking system, but now it’s not really disability friendly by the sounds of it, so I’ll have to take someone just to get through the gate.

I find the unit convenient and secure, for long term lets the rates should be more favourable. But overall I would highly recommend these guys.

Boylins self store keep me well informed what is going on at the wakefield site with regular emails.

The staff in the office were very helpful with the information and set up of my storage container. I was even sent a map of the site so I could choose my plot, which was very convenient due to me having a large van. I was also given a premium container for the same price. I am very pleased with the service I have received and how easy everything has been 😊
