Higher markup and good Cx service
As a online retailer they are automated and well organized and responsive.
However their markup is significantly higher.
They refuse to price match.
The saving of being a online retailer are not shared by customers and infact u pay more for the hvac equipment. I spent 5500 plus hst and found it was 600 more than competitive price elsewhere.

got screwed on shipping price
basically bought a light switch. it was a air exchanger switch. very small. they dont tell you the shipping price until you check out. $26.69 to ship it. unreal. never buying from them again.

Abandoned on purchase.
I received no follow up information. The transport company threatened to charge me storage if I didn’t pick it up within two days of them bringing it into the province by the time it arrived I was out of town. Perhaps manatoulin is not a good partner. Pickup was confusing and frankly not at all customer friendly.
