Before I ordered any questions I had were answered quick. Shipping was fast, Happy with the shipping company used. Everything came in good shape, although I do feel maybe more packing around the unit would be a good idea. Install went well.

I needed advice on HRVs and ERVs and I ordered an ERV to be shipped to Ontario. Delivery was completed in a reasonable time after the holidays but BPH even called me in advance to apologise for the delay. The equipment arrived safely and is exactly as described.
