The ease of the web site
The ease of the web site, the online chat also helped as i was struggling to send the order. The staff at the Penryn store were more than helpful, kept me informed when the delivery was arriving, couldn't fault them.

Friendly and helpful

Staff at the depot couldn't have been more helpful, and the delivery driver was skilful, patient and good-humoured. Prices were very reasonable, so in all, a good experience, and we'll be back for more.

Excellent price and no fee delivery over a certain amount that other suppliers still charge for. Very competitive prices will look firstly at Bradfords for all future DIY materials.
