Wrong items, took 6 days to get correct brackets.
I ordered a 3.6m bannister rail. I received a 4.2m rail. It took 3 trips and 6 days to get the correct rail fixings. We had to chase these up twice because we were not called to tell us when the correct items were eventually in store.

Free and quick delivery
Free and quick delivery, phoned before to arrange best day for delivery and check if there were any issues with the delivery location. Texted beforehand with a time slot and arrived within it. Driver was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Actual delivery (bulk bags plus other items) was quick and bags placed just where I wanted them.

Ordered fencing and a post online, with a promise of a 2-3 days service.Arrived on time, with a courteous driver who placed the items just where we wanted them.
An earlier experience was just as good!

Excellent service.
Had a problem with the delivery, this was sorted out very quickly by the local staff. The Trowbridge staff are friendly and helpful as always. This is the main reason I prefer Bradfords to other builders merchants. They give the small DIY customers the same service and respect as big order trade customers.

Reasonably priced and good quality…
Reasonably priced and good quality products. The sales team are friendly on the phone and accommodate the most convenient delivery times with no problems. Delivery drivers always place the goods considerately and do not require a signature which is perfect for me. Will be using Bradford's a lot from now on.

Amazing service in Trowbridge
I went to Bradfords (Trowbridge) to collect my fence panel and it wouldn't fit in my car. The guys at the store very kindly offered to deliver it to me and it was there within the hour (10 miles away from store). It's so rare to get service like that, everyone was super lovely - I would recommend to everyone :)
