Spoke to receptionist about order
Spoke to receptionist about order. She said they could deliver Tuesday after the bank holiday. I explained that I could not be there and would like a delivery on Wednesday. When I went to pay I requested whether they accepted the Blue Light Card. She said this was a national thing and if I wanted to order it on line she had all my details and it would come through to the branch. I placed the order and gave specific details about delivery for Wednesday.
The lorry turned up on Tuesday too large to deliver my order. The driver couldn't find me It just so happened my appointment was cancelled so I was able to meet him on the road. He said he would come back tomorrow with a smaller lorry.

Easy to order on line, I put restrictions comments for delivery when I ordered which were taken in to account. The items came as per the text on time and delivered with care.

Delivery driver was on top point…
Delivery driver was on top point excellent service however when I rang the office in Willand to confirm delivery time the manager on the phone was very rude and his customer service experience needs looking into as being rude to customers isn’t the was a business should be ran but overall ok and highly satisfied with the drivers attitude and customer service from the driver was one step ahead and very helpful

Ordered large bag of gravel. Branch called me to arrange delivery and item arrived as scheduled on 9 June. Paul, delivery driver very helpful and was able to put bag over our garden wall so much closer to where we needed it to be, rather than on the driveway as we expected. Happy with Willand branch team.
