Great customer service

This is the first time I have used Bradfords Building Supplies and I will certainly use them again. Excellent customer service, the delivery was prompt and the driver very helpful in dropping off the items.

Delivered short

If you measure a company by its response to problems, Bradfords is pretty poor. Delivery was short two items, reported within the specified timescale, but no action to correct the shortfall, despite calling and emailing the branch. Maybe as a casual customer, I don't matter to them. Not impressed - not got my full order or my money back!

Great service

I can’t fault this building supplier, from order to delivery it was seamless, and was actually cheaper than my current supplier that I have trade discount with.
