Great service from bradfords, easy to use website, kept up-to date about delivery which was really quick, and then a friendly delivery driver … also the cheapest place I found online for my purchase ( bulk bag sharp sand ) would recommend 100%.

What I needed was in stock, order process was easy, delivery was quick, got a phone call to confirm order was being delivered in a few days, I was contacted on the day of the deliery with a time that was kept, and the driver dropped the load spot on, so all good.

Manged to find everything I needed online , ordering was very simple , Got a call very quickly to arrange delivery and was offered a few dates and times , got a text message with a delivery time slot on the morning of the delivery, the driver was friendly and asked where we would like the products placed. Staff in store were very helpful and…
Staff in store were very helpful and friendly, they loaded the items into my car for me. The item that was out of stock was delivered on time and adhered to my the delivery instructions. Great customer service and I would recommend Bradfords to anyone buying from them.

Great Service, Great Delivery
Order process was simple, went into store initially to get a small bag of gravel to see if it matched. Guys in store very helpful. Ordered 8 builders bags of gravel and it was delivered within 3 working days. Plenty of communication from Bradfords. Delivery driver very helpful gave me a ring as I was out, waited longer than I would expect and put the bags exactly where I needed them. Even managed to reverse into my awkward driveway. l Couldn't fault the service. Would definitely use again.
