I called up my local branch(Newton abbot) and enquired about some grey gravel for my permeable paving, sadly they could not help me as they didn’t have any in stock but Natalie was kind enough to search the other branches and she told me plymton has some and i should try them.
I called up the plymton branch and I was greeted on the phone by a lovely girl called Chelsea who couldn’t of been more helpful. She sourced what I needed and arranged a delivery for me straight to my house, even though I loved 20 mile away.
She also said she could email a picture of the gravel they have to make sure it was the right one before ordering.
Thanks so much Chelsea was a pleasure dealing with you.

I had a Karcher pump going faulty…
I had a Karcher pump going faulty inside the years warranty. I got no joy from Bradfords just a "Not our problem go direct to Karcher" email.

As discussed in our previous correspondence, if you wish to make a claim against the warranty you will need to contact the manufacturer as it is a manufacturers warranty and held with the manufacturer, Karcher. As it is within the one year warranty period Karcher will be happy to assist with your warranty claim.

Great prices on most items
Great prices on most items - convenient to be able to order almost everything from one place. Very happy with the quality of the goods on arrival. Delivery was great, lovely guy. Communication via was needed due to being deaf, this was excellent from start to finish - this was very much appreciated, especially when so many companies seem to struggle to do this.
Very highly recommend this company and specifically my local branch in Redruth, Cornwall.

Scottish pebbles - easy to order online, it stated 2-3 days for delivery but they came the next day. The driver was great at reversing down our narrow awkward lane! Would recommend.
