A very good choice of bras and good prices. I’ve dropped one star as delivery was slower than expected but was sorted after I sent an email. . I returned one bra for a refund which was sorted easily and then I made further purchases which I am very happy with .

Absolutely terrible I never received anything. I have been emailing your company and the company you used as a courier service. I’m very disappointed I leave for my holiday Tuesday coming and I have no bikini and I asked to be reimbursed and I have heard nothing back. I would never use your company again I’m afraid.EVRI WAS USELESS

Quick efficient service

I was really pleased to see I could get my size Shock Absorber runnning bra. Ordering was very easy as was payment choice. I had to contact customer service to find out why it was taking so long for delivery, when a friend had received hers within 3-4 days, I was told it was something to do with a problem at their depot and they had to wait for another batch to come in. I think a curtesy email would have been good explaining the delay. Other than that I am very happy with my item and will be ordering from Brasforme in the future.

Website is easy to navigate and it is clear if sizes are available or not. Good range of larger cup sizes in styles I had not seen elsewhere. I had read that delivery was slow and was expecting to wait a couple of weeks but was happy to as I liked the bras. However this was not the case, the one bra arrived in about a week. The second became out id stock after my order, if I’d have read the emails instead of thinking they were marketing I would have known this earlier! Once I’d made contact and ordered an alternative it was here in a matter of days. I will be looking and I’m sure ordering again.

Delivery painfully slow. Ordered on a Saturday night, yet not dispatched until the following Tuesday despite advised timeframe 3 - 5 business days. This was 7 working days and two email chasers later. It then sat with the courier for a further 7 working days before finally delivered, and had to chase again. Would've been quicker collecting it in person.

Delivery of items good. Return good but took a while though to be fair this was communicated clearly.
Both sports bras I ordered were too small. I buy many different makes and a 34f is always about right though style may be wrong. Neither of these I could even fasten so very small. I did measure.
So please advise that some styles come up smaller than average

My experience getting my refund back was awful - waited far too long and did not get a reasonable explanation except they were busy.
It’s a customers right to get their money back within 14 days of receipt of good received- except this company’s was trying to tell me I had to wait up to 21 days.
This is not a legal amount of time and customers need to be aware
It’s a lot easier to order from Marks and Spencer as they stock a whole range of fantasies bras.
Refunds are usually made within 24 hours

I ordered off BFM for the first time and delivery was prompt. After consideration, the swimwear item I chose did not suit me so I returned. They sent an email when they received this stating I would be refunded within 21 working days. As this was my first time ordering from them, after 17 days I emailed to ask for an update. The next day I received my refund and later replied explaining it was a busy period. Although it took a while for a refund, I would still order from them again.

I have a favourite supportive but comfortable Fantasie bra and buy it regularly, Braforme offer the best price with free and fast shipping. I need a larger cup size and they almost always have my size in stock.

Although my order was never delivered by the courier I can’t fault the customer service I received and how they dealt with the whole mess and sorted a full refund for me with minimum fuss.

I find that there is plenty of choice on the braforme site. Fantasie bras seem the best for my shape. The site is easy to use & has the bonus of giving points with each purchase that can be put towards future purchases.

Took longer than I expected but all received!

Items took over two weeks to arrive! On this basis, since there’s no need for such delays if items state they’re in stock (and they did) I shan’t bother purchasing from this site again. Just unnecessary.
