Reasonable prices, but stocking issues are frustrating

Items are reasonably priced however I have had 'stocking issues' with both of my last 2 orders. Items were showing as being in stock at the time of ordering however I was then informed at a later date that there were problems with fulfilling the order. On the first occasion I was advised the following day, and refunded for that missing item 3 days later. On the second occasion I wasn't advised at all, and it was only when I chased a week later that I was told there had been a damaged shipment. All very courteous and apologetic, but it has put me off ordering from this company for a while.

We do email all of our customers as soon as any stock issue is identified. However, we are aware that occasionally our emails can be directed to spam or junk folders in error. To help prevent this in future, we recommend adding us as a safe sender so that any important updates reach you promptly.

Regarding your first order, we can see there was a quality issue identified with one item out of the six you purchased. As soon as this was discovered, we contacted you and, following your confirmation, removed that item and dispatched the remainder of your order. The refund was then processed accordingly.

For your second order, this was due to a stock discrepancy identified during a stock take. Our records show we emailed to advise you immediately, and following your reply, the order was cancelled as requested.

During peak holiday and sale periods, we do find that certain items — particularly swimwear in popular sizes such as yours — can sell through very quickly, which can unfortunately contribute to occasional discrepancies.

We completely understand how repeated stock issues would affect your confidence in ordering, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Your feedback is truly appreciated, and we are continuously working to improve stock accuracy and communication to ensure a smoother experience going forward.

Lovely tankini at a reasonable price.

I knew my size that I needed in a Tankini l, so was very happy when I found the one that was the same as what ive got but in a different colour and so much cheaper than anywhere else. So difficult to find something that fits at a reasonable price. Thankyou.

I made my 1st order and it was fine

I made my 1st order and it was fine. I made a 2nd order and after 3 wks it still hadn't arrived. There was no message to say the item was out of stock. I had to ask for a refund which I received. Today I noticed in my account that they had requested a payment for an item that I had not ordered. I won't be ordering from here again.

Please be advised that we are unable to request additional payments from your bank. We do not have access to your bank details to charge you directly. The only way a payment request can be generated is if a new order is created or an existing one is amended—in which case, you would receive an email invoice to pay yourself manually.
We recommend checking with your bank, as it is likely an error on their end that may have since been rectified. We previously requested further details from you to help us look into this, but as we have not heard back, we assume the charge has been corrected.

BEWARE

Hello. Trying to get in touch with you via phone is impossible. There is no way of finding tracking information Tells you to go through SHOP? Not helpful at all.

It says on my online order form delivery between 2 to 4 days.

Reading the many reviews it seems this happens a lot. I have just got notification that my item is on its way 6 working days later. It would have been useful to know how long the order would take, mine up to 10 working days.

Nice to hear from you via this platform!! Still waiting for my expensive Rigby and Peller item. 7 working days now. I will email you. Very concerned as my order is over £80.

YES I KNOW you don’t include weekends. The tracking system is not showing the true status.

It has just been delivered. The package was very damaged.

Becoming concerned !!

Becoming concerned at the lack of response regarding my order status, automatic replies confirm I should receive a response within 24hrs however that was 3 business days ago, I have tried to get an update via email and whats app. My order has not yet despatched. This does not inspire confidence folks! **an update- having sent several messages via all possible channels I received a response re a stock issue delay, I chose to cancel my order, I am awaiting a refund.**update refund received thankfully but I couldnt do business again with a company with this experience.

Very good quality product

Very good quality product. After I'd ordered it, I was informed it was no longer in stock, however Iafter several emails to ensure a suitable alternative was supplied I did receive a similar item at the same price. I appreciated the communication in order to provide an item I was happy with.
