Purchased replacement headband liner and lambskin air pads for the sennes HD650’s as the std senne foam had disintegrated apu. The replacement liner seemed almost genuine, little fiddly to fit, but ok. Found a little soft as per original. The lambskin earpads are a good fit and moderately comfortable. They are fairly deep and wide which is better for the sound. However the result is increased head pressure. I’ve found that over an hour of listening the headphones become uncomfortable. This is to the point of being unbearable by 2 hours. Really they need to be about 2/3 as thick and would be fine. The manufacturer needs to look at this. Also in the typically hotter Australian climate the more breathable little hole leather would be preferable. However Brainwavz shipping was fast and appreciate their range - will be my first choice for headphone products in the future.

I ordered earpads for my sony WH-XB900N.
After 20 days, it is still unclear when my package will be delivered. The costs were nearly doubled due to having to pay import costs. This was a first for me.
When I contacted them, I did get an offer to have it sent back and be reimbursed part of the costs.
Avoid this company. This is horrible service

Despite the many bad reviews, I still ordered from Brainwavz—big mistake. Like many others, my package was held at customs. I’ve ordered plenty of times from non-EU countries like China and never had issues. Since Brainwavz didn’t provide proper contact information, customs couldn’t reach me in time and sent the package back to the sender. Brainwavz then offered to either make me pay shipping again or refund only part of the amount—less than what I originally paid. Terrible service. Avoid at all costs. Seriously – DO NOT ORDER.

Great products and prices. Brought lambskin ear pieces and headband for my HD650. The original disintegrated in asian heat and humidity. Very hapoy with the new ear pieces create a firm comfortable but not tight seal around my ears, very good thanks Brainwavz!

I ordered the replacement Sony WH-XB900N headphone pads. I cannot fault them. Excellent quality pads, and the whole order and delivery process was very quick. I’d definitely recommend this company.

I don’t recommend! False advertising with the earpads replacement for Bose Headphones. Was way too big! They stated would be compatible with soundlink. Then, I had to pay $19.70 to return the ear pads!!!!

I ordered some replacement earpads and head cushion for my hd600s, thry are good quality, but my issue is with the delivery. It took me 18 days to get what I ordered, which is pretty bad, but I got no less than 6 emails saying that the order had been dispatched all on different days. So i think something went wrong but no one communicated anything to me so i was scratching my head as to why delivery which should have taken 3 business days instead took 3 weeks.

I ordered 2 different products from Brainwavz and I was really impressed with their quality. I just wish they could have a market in Europe, so that we wouldn't have to pay almost double with customs taxes.

Be careful, they don't do custom formalities. You will have to pay taxes or fees in your country before receiving your product.

They shipped a package to me, charged me 6 euros for something that was 2 oz in weight, then it never arrived, they did not provide proof of delivery, and when i contact customer support, they did nothing for me. I posted a review on their website and they deleted it.

Very bad experience with Brainwavz Audio with the order of 2 new earpads for my headphones.

First, when paying, Brainwavz Audio does not indicate that VAT is not included. You only find that out when the package has already arrived at the land of destination. You then have the "choice" to pay import duty (€10,- extra) or return the package and pay 10% extra return fee (more than €10,- extra).

Since sending it back is more expensive than having the package delivered anyway, I chose to pay the extra import duties.

Once arrived, the product looks nice, but because a very light quality foam rubber was used, the noise cancelling is completely destroyed. All ambient noise comes right through.

The customer service approaches you very actively if you still have to pay your import duties, and for questions they immediately have the article from their general conditions ready. but if you then send a complaint about the quality to the same address, there is no response anymore.

In other words: very expensive ear pads that do not have the good quality. And a customer service that is mainly there for the company itself and not for the customer.

scam order taking so long

I ordered a replacement for my earpads Bose NC700.
The shipment went from Singapore and took over a month.
I had to pay extra for the parcel 6 euros.
Not recomend.

Purchased SONY MDR-7506 SHEEPSKIN Leather Replacement Premium Earpads The ear pads are basically on ear they are so small. Very unfortunate

I have almost ordered their "genuine sheep leather" pads for my Meze 99 classics. But... I found in my order history on their website, that I already ordered "genuine leather" in January 29, 2020 #BW27670WB. And the pads I want to replace are exactly the ones I bought from them!

Unexpectedly it appeared that inner part of "genuine leather" pads is made of disgusting PU pseudo-leather, which can't be repaired after it starts to peel off, and you need to buy a new ones!

Would never buy anything more from them.
And yes, today you can see small note that "NOTE: Inner core uses PU Pleather for purposes of earpad shape stability" - sure, thanks for care Brainwavz, so I had to throw my ear pads to trash every 3-4 years!

This company is the biggest rip off I have ever purchased from, I never write reviews but they deserve my time to write this.
2 orders so not even limited to a one off, days 5-8 days delivery both orders took nearly a month!
Complete drop ship crap direct from China that you can buy on AliExpress for 1/8th of the price!
Total rip off, stay away clear of them seriously!

Never again. Bought pads to replace my old ones on AudioTehcnica headphones. Had to extra declare the parcel and pay extra 6 euros. Next time would buy same quality pads for the cheaper price from temu or aliexpress.

These replacement Sony headphone pads in my mind are the best on the market, however it is a pity that Brainwavz doesn’t have a European distributor. The reason I mention this is because the time stated by the supplier from Hong Kong to Germany was between 4 to 5 days, however I knew this wasn’t a realistic timeframe but to take 3 weeks was to long. On top of this I had to pay Custom cost and also DHL handling cost with amounted to nearly nine Euro on top of the price, I know this isn’t the manufacturers fault but I do believe the manufacturer also has an American distributor so why not a European one. In conclusion I have deducted one star for length of delivery time

Bought the replacement sheepskin ear pads for my Sennheiser PXC 550 as a gift. Ok they took 2 weeks to arrive, but they were coming from overseas! Didn't have to pay any custom fees or taxes.
Perfect fit and seem great quality. Really happy, would use again.

I want to inform future customers about a non-transparent practice regarding shipping on this site. My order was marked as a "gift," even though it wasn’t. As a result, I had to pay unexpected customs fees because the invoice wasn’t correctly handled. This seems like a way to pass additional costs onto the customer, which should have been included in the initial price. Furthermore, the customer service refused to refund these taxes, despite my request. Be cautious when ordering from here, as these extra fees may be added without prior notice, and you may not be reimbursed.
