I needed a strapless and backless bra…

I needed a strapless and backless bra for my bridesmaid dress. Was a bit skeptical about whether to order not but decided to go ahead and order one. I went up to two cup sizes because they are a small fit and I’m glad I went up to sizes because it fitted. I was impressed it give my chest a lift and stayed in place all and evening and despite being sticky it don’t hurt when I took it off

NOW RECTIFIED AND A FULL REFUND RECEIVED ….stick on bra did not work

UPDATE, Bralux has now rectified the issue and fully refunded me.

Bought a stick on bra. Not fit for purpose as kept peeling off
EMAIL X 2 sent and have been totally ignored, not even replied to me
AVOID AT ALL COST !!!
UPDATE: Thank you for your response Ben, rest assured I checked junk box and emails several times over multiple days for your reply . Last resort was a review on here . I will return it thank you

Ordered 2 strapless stick on bra's for…

Ordered 2 strapless stick on bra's for daughter’s Prom, they were clearly not suitable upon looking at them, she did not try them on, no hygene sticker removed, we carefully packaged them back up and posted back I have just received an email stating one Bra was damaged !!!!!
Absolutely not, they were in perfect condition and packaged extremely well I paid for tracking on postage as advised, they offered us a free boob tape ?? Funny how the bra they say was damaged was the most expensive item I ordered.

Avoid !

Don’t do it

Don’t do it! Ordered size larger than my regular, still too small! On 3rd Jan 2025 Bralux kindly offered to send an even bigger size, complimentary. On 28th Jan 2025 I emailed to ask for an update, as I’d received zero further correspondence. My email went ignored. On 31st Jan , at 1132pm, just before I was due to go to bed, I received a shipping notification, and immediately emailed Bralux, asking if they’d only now, 4 weeks later, mailed the product. I received a quick response (whilst asleep) and was advised “We have been moving premises, if you would like me to cancel your complimentary, please let me know.” Of course being on the other side of the world, I was asleep, but Charlee at Bralux took it upon herself to cancel the shipping, after not receiving a response from me FOR A WHOLE 22 MINUTES, I received a message stating the order had been cancelled and that I’d been refunded my original purchase amount. What? What kind of absolutely terrible customer service is that. I told them as much, no backbone to respond of course. Amateurs.

Things so get resolved

Don't bother to contact as they will not respond. Have contacted them a few times about an order that was meant to have been delivered but I didn't receive it. Had to go and buy another product for a wedding. Poor customer service will never use again.

Edit, I have not received any email regarding my missing order, I have checked my junk and deleted emails.

Edit having spoken to a person called Ben who has been really helpful and understanding finally getting somewhere. For whatever reason emails not been getting through so gave them an alternative email address and things are being sorted. Will say the contact us needs to be updated maybe have a messenger or a WhatsApp option or a separate email address that only deals with customer complaints.

No reply on contact submission regarding an order issue!

I submitted a contact form and sent an email in to try and resolve an order issue I have experienced. I have heard nothing back in over a week. I was sent an incorrect item that I would like to return for a full refund, however don't think its fair to pay for the return given that I was sent the wrong thing.

In theory these are great

In theory these are great. I'm a JJ cup so wanted to try these. The bigger cup size is great and doesn't give as much of the weird boob shape as smaller cup sizes. The bra style with corset fastening was a waste of time. Didn't hold and the cups fastened together provided no lift. Basically more like a massive thick nipple cover than a bra. The single boob cups with added stick above were better but unpeal while moving about, top part would be visible under most clothes but maybe OK for some outfits. Probably need additional boob tape to get desired look. Good try with larger cup size but no cigar. 3 stars as might work on some, just not for the super size

Avoid at all costs, returned goods as not suitable, didn’t fit, in perfect condition, they kept the item and rejected the refund “item worn” hardly it didn’t fit, but kept the item and my money !!!!
