Anna Bra
I bought the Anna bra, it’s great quality and I’m so glad they have such a great range of bra sizes because it can be hard to find a 30G in other shops. I would definitely recommend buying from Bralux. :)
Money taken- no item received
Really unhappy with this company and the service I have received (or not received)! Also slightly concerned and worried I may have been scammed hence writing the review. I ordered my item but received no confirmation email, however money came straight out of my account. After 10 days I still hadn’t received the item so emailed them. They responded a few days later asking for my address. I replied to the email and 5 days later have still heard nothing. I’ve even sent a follow up email and have received no communication. Have had no item turn up, no email as to why or if they’ve sent a replacement and no refund! They’ve taken £15 out of my account and I am yet to receive any item or explanation.

I ordered a size but it was too big. I returned this item in June. I received an email 27/06 to advise a refund had been processed. I am still waiting for this refund! I have sent multiple messages and email but had no response at all in this time.

Purchased 3 bras in August never received the order, emailed to try and locate and never received a reply. Will never order again waisted my money.

I ordered on 19th December for next day…
I ordered on 19th December for next day delivery with UPS, they didn't attempt delivery until Thursday. When I checked the tracking the address had changed to Cardiff CF24, I thought was a bit weird but too late to contact them due to finishing work late. I checked the tracking the next day and it said delivered, this wasn't delivered to me. I then phoned UPS to be told that the address had been changed to CF14 and it got mixed up because they were similar postcodes??!! HOW?? Then after calling them out on that they changed to the fact that they changed the address because I wasn't the name of the house, my Mum is as I live with her but any person with a braincell would be able to see our surnames are the same. I then called them out on this and started to get agitated after being told theyw ill collect the parcel from the incorrect address and re-attempt to deliver to me, then I got hung up on.
I emailed this company straight away, got an email back Tuesday asking to confirm the address, responded and have heard nothing. I did want this for christmas to wear with a dress so not really any point in having it now but would at least like my money back. Never again.

Having contacted Ben directly he swiftly worked to rectify the missing parcel. A replacement parcel was sent by first class. Ben communicated along the way letting me know what was happening at all points. Very happy with the way customer services dealt with my issue once they were fully aware. Thank you.

Great sticky bra
Great sticky bra. Need it for a backless dress on holiday. Took their advice and got the next size up b’cos I am a 32f so got a G. Fits great and gives me a great cleavage. Looks great with the dress on. Defo recommend 😊

Terrible communication, never rcvd answers or the product
Was super excited to rcv my 3 products i ordered. I got the notification that apparently the items have been sent but never rcvd them :-(
Super disappointed! They never replied to any of the emails / Facebook messages that i sent and therefore I have been unable to get in contact with them... At this point I not recommend, understand delivery may take while but it is the complete lack or correspondence that is not cool.
EDIT: They found my email requests and I have a tracking number! I would suggest including the tracking number on the shipping confirmation email and this could be avoided.

I bought three backless bras from Bralux after finding them by searching online. The box of bras arrived quickly via RoyalMail, all of which were of high quality and sizing came up just right for me (34 D). I returned one item and Ben at customer service was very eager to help me with this and for that reason I am giving you a review! All in all a pleasant experience and I would be likely to purchase from here again. My only piece of constructive criticism would be that I think you would benefit from having more Buy Now Pay Later options. Thank you, Beverley.

I ordered a strapless adhesive bra which was delivered promptly. Unfortunately, the item did not fit and I decided to return it.
I have now sent SIX emails to customer service requesting a returns confirmation and have failed to get a response.
I would advise to avoid purchasing from this company.
