An absolute gem of a shop and I’ve never stepped inside. Ordered frenchic paint and accessories. Arrived next day, beautiful packaged and 20% off. A very pleasant experience, will definitely use again.

Really impressed with this website
Really impressed with this website. Within two days of ordering my gorgeous bee ornament it had been delivered, beautifully and safely wrapped. I was informed the day before of the hour delivery slot which I found very helpful. Would definitely use them again.

Great Paint
Painted the kitchen cupboards with Cool Beans and very pleased with the result. I was expecting it to be more cream colour going off photos on the website, but it has definite grey tones, however I love this colour and it's worked out better regarding the kitchen decor.
The paint goes on like a dream especially if you use the Frenchic oval brush, best brush ever! Highly recommend these products and this company, very quick delivery - great!

Service was great. I was contacted via text to let me know that they can deliver my purchase personally as appose to using UPS. I also got a refund for the UPS delivery.
The delivery was made in time by a very friendly lady.

We are sorry that you feel disappointed with our service but we try our upmost to get back to customers within 24 hrs to deal with any problem . As you can see we have 5 star review for our services and this is very important to our independent business.
We wanted to let you know that you placed your order with us Thursday evening (1st April) for some Frenchic paint and unfortunately we had to email you on Friday (2nd April) to let you know that we are not allowed to send Frenchic to Ireland and Northern Ireland as Ireland has there own Frenchic stockist who can deliver and have click and collect facility. This is also documented on our website.
We have sent you the links to find your local stockist and refunded your order. As the refund was sent on Good Friday it will take a couple of days to receive you refund back due to it being processed on the Easter bank holiday weekend.
We hope you was able to find your Frenchic paint in Ireland . We believe it is very important to get back to all our customers and we always strive for 5 star reviews as you will see from many of our very happy customers.
