An all in one platform for your business needs
I initially used brandcrowd to make a logo design for my small business. I found that not only could I make a logo, I could design everything I needed and order printing (ie. business cards, etc). I was able to create a website and then purchase the domain, as well as a license for my logo. Facebook and IG designs are made simple through their templates! BrandCrowd continually updates their capabilities on their website and offers more to their clients without upcharging. For a small business, it is critical I keep marketing and ad costs low.

High Quality Brand Crowd.
I came across Brand Crowd in urgent need of a logo for my business, and I happened to see an ad for the site on my screen. I got a free, high-quality logo almost immediately. They have a wide variety of advertising options, such as website design, business cards that match your logo, pre-designed t-shirts and hats, all at affordable prices. Finding them was a real stroke of luck. Thanks, Brand Crowd, you guys are fantastic!

The only drawback is it's all inclusive plan is on the costlier side. Else it's a good investment
I would not recommend DesignCrowd's BrandCrowd SaaS to anyone who needs genuine print-quality work or straightforward, honest customer service
TL;DR: In my experience, BrandCrowd’s “print quality” promise didn’t match the files they delivered, their support hid behind policy instead of fixing the problem, and their parent company DesignCrowd still fought a tiny refund even after cancelling my subscription. Canva fixed everything properly for about one-fifth of the price.
BrandCrowd is part of the DesignCrowd/Design.com group, and that’s who I dealt with.
I purchased a logo and an annual BrandCrowd subscription because they advertised print quality files. What I received were logo files that were too small to be usable for proper print (e.g. A3). When I queried this, support told me that the EPS/SVG files on my download page were “high-resolution” and “ideal for professional printing” and that file size in kilobytes didn’t matter. They then asked me to send screenshots instead of actually generating or supplying a demonstrably higher-resolution file.

The issue was simple:
I paid for print-ready logos, and the files I got were not fit for that purpose.
When I asked for a refund, the response was a policy wall. Support told me that: Initial purchases are “non-refundable” because digital files are delivered immediately; and because I’d taken the annual plan (which they described as “heavily discounted”), they couldn’t refund it – but they could downgrade me to the monthly rate and refund only the difference.
In other words, even though the product I complained about was the quality of the files, the answer stayed stuck on subscription rules and “you saved money by paying annually,” instead of actually fixing the core problem.
It got worse:
On 3 December 2025, I received an email saying my annual subscription had been cancelled and that I no longer had access to its features.
On 4 December 2025, my bank advised that the merchant (DesignCrowd/BrandCrowd) had contested my chargeback, and they would now be reviewing the merchant’s evidence.
So from my perspective, the company:
Delivered logo files that didn’t meet the “print quality” promise;
Refused a straightforward refund and hid behind internal subscription rules;
Cancelled my subscription (so I wasn’t receiving the service);
Then still fought to keep the money via a chargeback dispute over roughly $60.
For me, that speaks to culture: lots of glossy, high-volume SaaS-style BrandCrowd marketing and reviews, but the underlying operation – DesignCrowd – has relatively few reviews and a much lower average. My experience lines up with that: more interested in policy and revenue than in basic fairness or what I’d expect under Australian Consumer Law around fitness for purpose and acceptable quality.
By contrast, Canva delivered exactly what I needed: proper print-ready designs, and the finished product turned up at my home, for about one-fifth of the price.
Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend BrandCrowd/DesignCrowd to anyone who actually needs genuine print quality output or straightforward, good-faith customer service.
