Easy and quick and just what we wanted for the logo

I am now owning a beautiful logo because of BrandCrowd, they give you so many logos to choose from that are relevant to your business and what I like the most is that they give you more tools you can use to make your logo better.

My experience with BrandCrowd has been extremely disappointing. I paid almost $400 for a service that was never delivered, and despite turning off auto-renewal and having an expired card on my account for over a year, charges were still taken from my bank. The card they used is not even listed on my BrandCrowd account, which makes this situation even more alarming.

The lack of transparency, the unexpected charges, and the complete failure to provide the service I paid for have made this one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I feel misled, unsupported, and ignored, and it is very frustrating to deal with a company that creates more problems than solutions.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when dealing with BrandCrowd. The service did not match the promises made, and the billing practices caused stress and inconvenience that no customer should have to go through.

The quality of the art is absolute trash. A customer had used them to design a text logo. The "eps" purchased was a craptastic pixelated mess. I thought surely, the customer had just not done it correctly. Nope, I recreated the text, paid for the "subscription" and downloaded all the formats. All formats were the same flavor of junk. Don't waste your money, this place is an absolute scam. If you only have $5 to spend on art, hit up someone on Fiverrr and get your money's worth. BrandCrowd is trash.

I like the overall useability and ease of access to different fonts and mockups

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They package a nice sell with user-friendliness. Once you want to cancel your subscription however, that becomes impossible. I cancelled my subscription months ago, and they have auto-billed me FOUR TIMES after I cancelled. I emailed back and forth with a rep who promised me she'd get down to the bottom of the recurring charges. SCAM!!!! I got a new debit card and THEY STILL CHARGED ME. I successfully disputed the charges at my bank, got my money back, and finally had to BLOCK Brandcrowd from any further transactions. Their parent company is DESIGNCROWD, also from Austrailia. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!!

TOTAL SCAM!! One year ago I designed and purchased a logo through them. That's it, a one-time fee to buy a logo... or so I thought. Talk about deceptive! I was just auto-charged for something they call a "Premium Logo Pack" one-year later (actually two separate auto charges). When I reached out to support they called this a "subscription"... what on earth would I need a subscription for from them??? I just bought a logo from them and was done. Somehow they snuck in some fine print (I assume) saying they were going to charge me each year I guess? That is why I call this a scam. When I reached out to support they said I could have been refunded for my supposed "subscription" within 30 days... but conveniently they didn't send me an email saying there was an upcoming charge, nor did they send me a receipt email after the charge... so the first I knew about the charge was from my credit card statement... so the 30 day window had already passed when I was first made aware of these unexpected charges. This company is dirty and you should run for the hills if you are considering doing business with them!!
