On receiving a renewal email I sent…
On receiving a renewal email I sent back saying cancel please as I had changed my car and already had cover. They didn't reply, then I got another email saying my policy had been renewed! So far I have still heard nothing from this company, therefore I wouldn't recommend anyone take out cover with them. All this company want is your money and never reply to any correspondence you might send. Totally ignorant.
