Poor service
I purchased annual Breakdown cover on the 6th May to be started from 30th June. I have tried to since cancel it , well within the legal 14 days cooling off period, at least 3 times and 3 times the message is that someone will call. Nobody has. So I had to invoke a refund via my credit card. Not a great service so unsure what the support would be if you needed them in an actual breakdown.

Easy to join and looks like a good deal.
It was recommended on mse site so thought I'd give it a try.
Seems like you get just as good breakdown cover as the bigger companies.
Not had to use yet so can't say how responsive they are. It's just peace of mind to have cover.

Speedy and professional service.
I am an elderly person and was driving alone from Manchester to Bristol. I needed assistance with a puncture on the M6. They were extremely helpful and treated me with care and respect - calling me every 15 minutes until I was on my way. The recovery guy was also extremely kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend Eversure.
