I have been using Brello Health for over a year. I have always had a great experience with them. The only time there was an issue, it was fixed immediately and accurately. I was able to reach customer service immediately after noticing the issue. The pharmacy that Brello Health uses is awesome, (Southend Pharmacy). The product always arrives with ice pack still frozen. (even in the 100 degree weather we are experiencing). I trust Brello Health and will continue to use them for my wellness journey.

Been with Brello almost 2 years. Love the support and the tripuitide medication has worked for me. I Have lost over 100 pounds. Now on maintenance with them. Went with 6 month renewal this time. Delivery of medication has come by UPS within a couple days after approval. Love Brello

Found Brello on Ticktock and ordered immediately. I currently had a prescription, from another provider so all I had to do was upload a photo of my current prescription while filling out my health intake form. They take care of everything,syringes alcohol wipes and instructions. Fast shipping and great patient care response. Thank you Brello!

I am getting a lot of unsolicited emails from Brello Health. I do not have an account and do not use their products. I have tried the unsubscribe tab in the email, but only get a blank screen. Very poor communication with them. I only inquired about program online. I did not sign up for an account and do not want emails regarding as I will not be subscribing for a program plan.

My experience with Brello has been very good. The product works well , down 100+ pounds either way few side effects. Customer service has been very responsive, the chats feature responds in a couple of days but calling a representative was fast, less than 2 minutes to get an answer!! I suggest calling directly if you have any questions or concerns 1-888-Brello-1 And it’s a real person!!!

Very happy with this company and product!
I started Brello after my insurance changed and I could no longer get zepbound. I was nervous about drawing up my own med for injecting but couldn't be easier and painfree with the tiny needles. I'm 74 and even though my weight loss has been slower than others, I'm so very thankful for this drug! I'm off my blood pressure med, 1/2 dose of my cholesterol med, down 40 lbs, and most importantly, am pain free from my osteo arthritis! This alone makes me hope I can stay on it forever. The med arrives extremely well packaged and I have recommended this company to many friends and family. Thank you, Thank you for offering this at an affordable price. I know there are a couple of companies that offer a lower price but with the guarantee of price remaining the same, I'm staying with Brello!

Positive experience our whole family is using the GLP1 we all switched to Brello and it’s been a year now and we are very happy I placed my order and it arrived in 2-3 days I’ve had to contact customer service maybe once with no issues and I contacted the Dr once but again no issues the website is easy to use and including pausing my order to restarting my order again no issues we are really happy about the price I definitely recommend

Great Medication, Terrible Customer Service
The medication itself worked well for me, but the customer service was extremely disappointing. After I canceled my plan, I had a very difficult time getting any response from customer service or the doctor. My medication shipment was incomplete, and despite multiple messages, emails, and phone calls, I was repeatedly told someone would call me back, but no one ever did. My issue was never properly resolved. The lack of communication and support, especially after cancellation, was very frustrating.

I’ve been with Brello for almost two years and have had a positive experience overall. I switched from two other GLP-1 providers mainly because Brello’s pricing was better. I also value that Brello is a legitimate company and that I feel comfortable with the pharmacy they use.
I enjoy the Facebook group and the sense of community, but I’ve noticed many customers posting about receiving Brello swag, from towels to yoga mats. I’ve never received anything, which isn’t a big deal, but it does make me curious about how those items are distributed. If there are specific criteria, it would be nice to know.
I also find it interesting when people thank Brello for their weight loss. Brello provides access to the medication and support, but the GLP-1 itself is what drives the weight-loss results.
Overall, I’m happy with Brello and have remained a customer because of the affordability, legitimacy, and access to tirzepatide. These are simply a few observations from a long-time customer.
Brello, I received your reply about activation within the Facebook group. I have been participating in the Facebook group since I started with Brello. Can you please explain what you mean by "activations?"

Members have opportunities to participate in different activations, and when an activation includes a gift or swag, the post will include the instructions and any applicable eligibility requirements.
