Smooth and easy
It was a smooth experience from chatting with a doctor to getting my GLP-1 prescription in the mail. Delivery was fast and the price was highly competitive (I did a lot of research leading me to this company.) I appreciated the tracking for shipping since it’s shipped in a cooled box. I’ve lost a significant amount of weight on the meds, too!

No longer services my state
I chose Brello because of their pricing and customer service. Then, out of the blue, they quit servicing my state. They knew that and still took my money. They did eventually refund the money without fail. Not sure why they quit servicing my state, but it doesn’t seem like they plan to come back based on the lengthy delays. Once again, big pharma wins I guess.

It works !!
I highly recommend this company ! The price is affordable and it works !!! I have lost nearly 50 pounds, they have increased dose but price never changed. I will say they need to improve their customer service response time and how we can how to get ahold of them. That needs some work !

Nothing but positive experiences with Brello. I need an affordable pharmacy as my insurance stopped covering my medicine. After researching, Brello was the clear winner. I think that Brello was the easiest and most effective way to answer my needs. I feel like there is a real community in which the practioners and support people within Brello genuinely understand the need for ease, lack of judgment and need for understanding as to why people seek a place like out to begin with.

Slow Steady Weight Loss
I have been using Brello Semiglutide for four months and have lost 20 lbs. Brello was suggested by two of my doctors and I have been pleased with the customer service. My side effects have been minimal. I feel confident that if I have any issues Brello will respond.

Happy with service most of the time
Brello as a company is great. They were the best company I found when researching on affordable pricing. However the website/app and customer service is very difficult to get in touch with. In the past I’ve tried chat and email before I finally get some help. Please do better on customer service other than that happy with Brello.

I am new to Brello and I had trouble getting signed into the app. I reached out to customer service and they were very quick to respond and helped me with my issue. I'm so glad I now get my GLP-1 from Brello!
I have been extremely pleased with Brello! I have had great success with the compound semaglutide without any bad side effects. Also, the customer service has been great. I live in Texas and the medication arrives very quickly. I have needed to reach out to them for a couple of requests (to delay a shipment and to help change my method of payment), and they responded very quickly and later followed up. Brello is so easy to work with and so convenient, I prefer to get my medication from them instead of the compounding pharmacy near me.

Brello service and GLP1 are great!
I have used Brello 2 different times. Both times had great service. Customer service and the Doctor service has always been professional and clear on their medications and financial questions. I have tried to use another company for their GLP1. I wasn't loosing weight so I came back to Brello. Only reason I left was for a One month cheaper medication. The other company was horrible with their service, medication delivery and the price jumped once you used it for a month. I came back to Brello and appreciate how smooth it was to re join. Thank you!

Good customer service
The Brello Customer Service team was very responsive when I emailed them with a question about their compounding pharmacy. They connected me with a representative from the pharmacy who didn't answer all my questions but did provide some information and helpful suggestion for getting more. The Customer Service team was quick to respond and checked back to make sure I had received an answer to my question.
