Absolutely has changed my life

Absolutely has changed my life, I am 77 losing over 60 lbs with Brello help has changed my labs and joint pain. I am.not at my goal and will continue on. Thanks again Brello.

Brello randomly stopped sending orders…

Brello randomly stopped sending orders to my state. No notification or anything just one day my package didn't arrive, checked my account and it said it had been canceled. No explanation through the chat customer service, no help with finding a differnt provider, no warning. Horrible company

I started on terzepitide and they kept…

I started on terzepitide and they kept raising dose for 6 Mos not much happened. Switched to semaglutide max dose 1 mo ago nothing happening. Did you put me on sugar injections? I'm not losing any ,people say I'm not eating enough. I'm always cold ,can't eat any more eggs and chicken

The company is great

The company is great, and you get 3 mos of shots at a time. Im averaging about a 5lb weight loss per month using Brello, which I am completely happy with. I have not had any issues with anything since I started in December 2026.

Life Changing

Brello has been a life changer from the medications to the support on the Facebook page. I never feel alone when I'm struggling because the support group has been so amazing. I love the weekly educational lives and the monthly cooking lives. Ive learned so much from the lives from weight loss to skin care, to supplements, hydration, and movement, to how to travel with my meds, and plus so much more. I've gotten some amazing recipes and tips by watching the cooking lives. The app has helped me track my medications and reminds me to take my shots, measurements, and weight.
Brello customer service was amazing at answering my questions via phone. They were also quick to fix any bugs on their app.
I am very happy and thankful to be a part of the Brello community while on this journey.

Amazing company

Amazing company. I've used 3 different ones, and Brello is my fave - sticking with them forever. Easy process, FAST shipping, fantastic support with their app, as well as a free exercise app for Roku and your phone, a YouTube channel, Facebook support groups... I mean, they cover it all... PLUS they have a low price with no membership fees!!

Try it, if you want to lose

This company and the pharmacy they use are at the top. My experience was excellent, from first to last. I started with little knowledge,six months later and forty pounds gone. I have learned that their program works.

I was ripped off by Brello…

I have used the Brello Semaglutide product for awhile now, I got off the product because I did achieve some of my weight loss goal. I also used another product without telling Brello, bc its not their business, and instead of sending me 6 bottles of the requested product for 3 months, they sent me 3 bottles, and said it was my fault for not answering their questionaire correctly. I asked for a refund or the other bottles, and both requests were declined. I have asked my bank to reverse the $399 charge, which is under investigation.
As such, i am UNHAPPY AND WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH BRELLO AGAIN, and i do not recommend anyone to do business with them either.

I was unable to renew my subscription

I was unable to renew my subscription. Then it wouldn’t let me cancel the subscription. No help from customer service. Finding a new provider.
