Been in to this eatery twice today, as was in the area killing time! Breakfast, wasn’t that keen on packet sliced ham! Lunch, pizza toooo oily! Drinks 😵‍💫 On both visits in, had to wait on average 15 to 20!!! NOT impressed 🤬 Our drinks were left on the side with many others, as our personal Waitress who I may was the only reason for returning (Neenu; sooo lovely!!!) One very rude staff member just pottering about, I had to demand our drinks as we’d been waiting 20 mins+ Another waitress brought the drinks over but our personal waitress was frankly unfairly berated!!! SHAMEFUL STAFF TREATMENT, especially after hearing breakfast staff speak nastily about her within customer earshot 🤬🤬🤬

I would have given 5 stars ⭐️ as our server Neenu was so lovely and she deserves recognition. She was fast with everything and kept checking we were ok. Enjoyed speaking to her.
However the other staff were awful, I also witnessed bullying behaviour from other staff towards her it’s not nice eating and hearing them talk about another employee negatively. Our drinks also took 20 mins to arrive as well, not our servers fault as she was busy running around. When I went to check on drinks there were other members doing nothing not sure why there was no team effort.
Food was nice but the employee behaviour ruined it. Made me sad that she got the blame for our drinks when others could have 100% pulled their weight.
