I've put my three pieces of dark green felt on the ground and watered them well but they don't seem to be doing much, nor are they big enough to block weeds.
They did come in three very useful plastic bags however

Don't waste your money! Waited four weeks for my large roll of grass seed matting. What arrived was a tiny amount of bright green felt. I have been duped! Unable to contact the seller at all. That's twenty quid I'll never see again!

It is scam on Facebook advert. Waited 3 weeks for my grass seed roll but I only got a green paper! Need a refund and return but cannot contact them. It mentioned on my order that the grass seed is from USA but I saw my parcel was from China when I received it.

Same as everyone else - ordered a kneeler received only the small package with holder for garden tools. A complete scam. Avoid.

As I said before this is a scam. Scammers have used an existing company name Bricot Depot owned by Kingfishers PLC. They only operate in Spain and France and never in the UK. My suggestions are call your bank and let them know when the money left your account and they will investigate and credit your account. Phone Kingfisher PLC just to inform them as they are also persuing fruad..

I, too, was ripped off by this company when I ordered a garden kneeler with double bags. One bag came and nothing else! Fortunately (or maybe not), the card I used was a pre-paid gift card rather than anything from my bank/credit card accounts. I will try to contact the gift card company to get the money back. Don't go near them!

Ordered garden kneeler£29.99 from advert on Facebook comfermation email from Bricot Depot goods on their way but delay due to Covid .Small tool holder posted no kneeler.This company has now disappeared along with our money Why are Facebook allowing this scam and not investigating complaints.Secon time I’ve been ripped off from buying off Facebook.😡😡😡😡

Don’t go near this company!! They’ve defrauded me of £185. Ordered roll of grass seed impregnated biodegradable matting for £20 but somehow they managed to take £185. When order finally arrived I received a small piece of green felt - effectively worthless. There website is no longer reachable. In the process of trying to reclaim money from credit card company.

Yes I ordered the grass seed mats . And weeks later the green felt packets arrived . Why do they send out anything at all. They took the money(,£89.99 Buy 2 get one free An outfit called TPODS PREAUX Who I think are the French parent , in PREAUX a town in France ,, but I think the real villain is someone using the Shopify internet business platform are the scammers. As the acknowledgement e mail mentioned shopify. I was also ripped off on another product advertised on Facebook to whit a hair trimmer. The product that arrived was nothing like the one I ordered, shopify name again appearing in the transaction ‘paperwork’ I still can’t understand why the bother to send anything out !

Have reported company to trading standards and thier website is no longer in use, Facebook should be held accountable for allowing this to be advertised, this scam from this company was carried out on so many people they should be reimburse for our loss of monies. How can you trust adverts on Facebook again?

I am so disgusted and angry I ordered from brico depot as seen in the advert they put on facebook some grass seed matting that you pour water on first and then place on the area needed to regrass and it magically grows. So I duly ordered 4 rolls as I thought, it has taken ages to come and when I opened it there was 4 small packets with 2 pieces cut in different lengths and put in slim seethrough plastic bags, I have been swindled out of a large sum of money, they cannot get away withit trade descriptions act will hopefully give me some recompence.

Like so many others I did not receive the kneeler. I am a 73 year old widow. The bag was sent from an address in England if I remember rightly.

What a scam, only bag arrived. Email them but no server !! Don’t buy from them Brico Depot.

Ordered a garden kneeler and only got the toolbag. Bloody rip off.

I'm another who has fallen for this scam! Received only the toolbag (worth a few coppers!) but no sign of the kneeler. E-Mailed the company, but they do not exist. Am just annoyed to have been conned in this way.
