Having seen their ad on Facebook I ordered 2 of the grass seed mats, expecting to get a 3rd free. When they eventually arrived there were only 2, and I could not get a response to my emails. However when I used them they are a complete waste of time and money. I can't seem to get hold of them. Feel cheated.

Also scammed, received pouch only. Facebook should be responsible for this nonsense. I doubt I can get money back since the amount is too small but will try credit card company.

Like so many reviews on here I too ordered a kneeler on June 16th weeks later I received the tool bags but not the kneeler !! Now it’s 3/8/20 & I’m STILL WAITING ! Obviously I’m NOT going to receive my kneeler. They must have got away with a vast sum of money, laughing all the way to the bank ! Mrs M Cooke Formby Liverpool

I got shafted the same as many with the grass seed matting and no response to emails, latest came back saying the contact email address did not exist!!

I ordered a kneeler only for £29.99 on June 6th. but they charged my card with a kneeler plus bags for £49.98 After ome weeks I got a message saying there was a delay but they are on the way. by July 18th. the bags arrived on their own but no kneeler which thay claim was on the same delivery. I tried to contact them on the link the sent but it says url not recognised. I would not give it one star if I had a choice. Looks like a scam to me.

ADD ME TO THE LIST FELL FOR IT HOOK LINE AND SINKER, THOUGHT THIS WAS A UK ARM OF A FRENCH FIRM. IT MENTIONED KINGFISHER GROUP WHICH IF I REMEMBER RIGHT OWNED WOOLIES AND SOME OTHER BIG COMPANIES, SO I PAID UP FOR THE KNEELER AND BAG, ON ITS WAY THEY SAID, YES IT WAS FROM ONE PART OF CHINA TO ANOTHER, AND YES I JUST GOT THE BAG-REMEMBER FOLKS THEY WILL STILL BE OUT THERE UNDER A DIFFERENT GUISE

Do not use Brico Depot from the facebook ad. I have just lost £49.98 to these scammers, have now had to change my Debit card. to write this review I had to give a star rating, rest assured if possible it would be minus 5 stars, have tried to contact the company with no avail, I am very very angry.

Absolute scam! How can companies get away with this. I like many others ordered the kneeler/stool with ‘free’ bag. When checking the tracker I realised it was Chinese!! Eventually the bag, plastic bit of tat, arrived.
NO KNEELER and no reply to emails.
Facebook, you are a disgrace to allow these adverts.

Ordered some grass patch and ordered 3 for price of 2. Only received 2 and my emails are just being ignored. Would actually score them as minus but can't.

As in another review I ordered a garden kneeler back in early June 2020 I have tried numerous ways to contact this company, all my emails failed to reach anyone and were returned to me as not being able to be sent. This company is a total scam do not order anything from them.

For all those people scammed from brico and I was one of them, can I suggest you go to your bank and ask th to do a charge back.My bank was incredibly helpful , put the money back in my account and said they would try to start fraud proceedings, but they did say that unscrupulous companies like this would vanish and start up again as a different company

To add to this long list, a total scam!!
Grass seed matting turned up from China (!!) after many weeks of waiting only to be faced with a small roll of green felt which looked dubious right out of the packet! Gave it a go anyway (just in case) and watered many times but to no surprise it did absolutely nothing!
Website is now down and no doubt won't be seen again!

Have just realised I've been scammed. No grass mat has arrived but my money is gone.
Don't fall for it and don't order anything Facebook. I won't be again.

Can't believe they actually bothered to send anything after taking the money, the most expensive bit of felt I will ever purchase, so simple, nick a genuine companies promo video stick in on Facebook and wait for us mug punters to send our hard earned cash to you, another life lesson learned.

Same as all the other people on here ,ordered a kneeler off Facebook site Bricodepot-uk.com,money taken but no kneeler.Tried loads of email addresses to no avail.Contacted a company in France T Pods ,I found some sort of connection to the site for the kneeler and got a reply ,they knew about this scam website in the uk and had it taken down but told me to contact relevant authorities here in uk .As said by those before before wished I’d seen these complaints before ordering

Facebook are a waste of space are not fit for purpose they allow anyone to advertise and rip
Off buyers get it sorted facebook or I and many others will dump you time for watchdog I think ! Brico depot TM in the uk !! Scammers

Complete rip off !! Stay well clear - ordered 3 kneeler with bags £29.99 each after weeks of waiting and contacting small parcel arrived with just 3 bags but no kneeler !! I emailed lots and got given address to send them to fir a refund at my expense . Another £10 to send back so altogether £100 wasted ...... Will NEVER order off a Facebook ad again !!!! Scamming sods !!

Wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering their grass seed mats. Ordered the 'buy two get one free'.
2 months later 2 little plastic bags delivered, not the rolls they advertised.
Total scam. Steer well clear.
Update: I raised this scam with my bank, and they have recovered the money.

Same as others say, I ordered the garden kneeler for £30. Money gone from bank but no kneeler received. I have tried to contact this company several times but now they have disappeared and emails are being returned.

This is a scam. I ordered a garden kneeler on 10th June. Nothing! Have chased them but now the site has disappeared. I will never order anything through facebook again.
