The HR support that I got from Alvira was excellent. She provided a prompt and excellent service. Although some of the features I was looking for was not an option in Bright HR, she provided me with some pointers.
My experience with HR Advice was also great. I did not have to wait a long time to get the advice that I needed. In the previous months, however, I find that I did not get prompt service with regards to document revisions. It took some time before I got back the document. I realize that it is not a 5 minute request, but a day or two should be fine, not longer than that.

Did the BrightHR onboarding with Alvira. I am a nervous system user. Alvira was cool calm and explained everything perfectly and simply to me. She has a great telephone disposition and put me to ease when I was getting flustered. 101% + +
I liked that I got to use the system myself. I wish they would give Alvira screen sharing or a video calling etc. It would have made the process a little easier. Nevertheless, Alvira was on top of things and guided me gently. Looking forward to implementing.

This is my second review for Peninsula HR. This one is regarding my training with Natalie. Although not the designated trainor I was scheduled with, she was totally on point. She was confident and comfortable with all her answers. Any question my husband threw at this poor girl, she gave a precise and definitive answer. We were very pleased overall with the training session. Natalie was kind enough to follow up on how we were doing as well which I found reassuring. I find everyone to be very forthcoming and helpful. So thank you Natalie for job well done :)
The Bright HR program itself however, although, seems straightforward and easy to follow, I feel as though some tweaking would be useful for our company, as we don't necessarily fall into the "office scenario" but that's my opinion. Hopefully feedback will be heard and it'll be pristine!

Really a great experience because we have quite a number of part-time staff and by using the scheduler, we are able to find a way to make sure that every day of the week, we are covered.
It does take a little investment to figure it out, but now that everything is set up, it is just great. Thank you, Natalie, for your incredible patience.

I would like to be able to show 11 stat holidays to our employees. Presently your system will only accept 9 stats and we have to set up the remaining 2 as Mandatory Leave. This is not good for us to tell the employees they have 11 stats and then to show 9 only. It is time consuming to have to explain to every employee why we told them 11, but only show 9, and that we gave them Mandatory Leave. This will also throw out our statistical information for the company. It would be greatly appreciated if the system would allow us to show the stat holidays as stat holiday.
I also don't like that vacation days are rounded to the nearest 1/2 day. That is not always the case. Employees may have 1.33 days and when they look at your system it shows they have 1.5 days.
We are just testing the system before releasing it to the employees and these are the 2 errors that I feel are important to be corrected.

Since posting this review BrightHR has reached out to me and are investigating the problems we have. They do seem to be concerned with the issues, and I am hopeful that the issues I am having will get corrected in the program. We have been adding in all our staff, and have grown from 25 employees to 75 employees in the past 3 months. We do intend to keep using the program and look forward to having it manage our time.
