I had the opportunity to work with Anupam. He is very supportive and helpful, often balancing the hard truth with compassion and understanding. I learn a lot when speaking with Anupam. He seems prioritize my concerns, taking them seriously.
Peninsula on a whole works well, but I often anticipate a response much quicker as promised, which causes me to then follow up with a phone call hours later. As an idea, they should summarize the content of the phone call and email it to you after.

Monica was very easy to talk to and was able to answer a lot of our questions. She returned our packages in a hurry and we sincerely appreciate all her help.

I’m leaving this review in hopes of getting Peninsula’s attention. I recently got a marketing call from them even though I already have an open ticket to cancel our contract. After three calls over six weeks, no one has called me back about the issue I actually need resolved. We never needed legal services from them, and it feels like they are better at marketing than customer service. Be careful with this company.

Services not what was explained initially. Having issues trying to cancel this agreement. No one is letting me talk to someone that can make a decision. So have been paying for nothing BE VERY CAREFUL - DON'T SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL YOU CAN SEE SERVICES IN DETAIL.
