We used the BringFido website to find a hotel we could stay at overnight with our 2 dogs to split a long road trip into 2 days. Their website was very easy to use and I was able to read the reviews to choose the best option for us. Booking through BringFido guarantees that we will have a room that allows dogs which is a life saver since if you book yourself the hotel won’t promise to have one available for you. We were able to find an amazing hotel and knew exactly what to expect and what was expected of us. Booking through BringFido made our trip so much less stressful and we will use it for our bookings from now on.

Took a 19 day trip through 18 states and 2 countries. We used the Fido app to locate hotels and pet friendly restaurants on the fly. This app made our trip so much easier and the customer service was fantastic even when we ran into a small issue with one hotel. Fido made sure the problem was taken care of. Love this app.!

BringFido helped provide hidden confirmation numbers for our MGM Hotel reservation - which requires the stupid MGM Rewards app to checkin and get your digital key (nice concept MGM but poor execution; MGM staff were completely unable to help or figure this out.) BringFido also helped find another pet friendly hotel when we wanted to extend our stay near Yosemite.

Its wonderful to be able to find a room that is good enough for my dog without searching thru fine print on multiple pages.

I would advise to NEVER book a hotel reservation through them. They sent the reservation through to the hotel but not the money, so I was charged by both the hotel and BF. BF refuses to refund, insisting it is the hotel’s responsibility since the hotel, when receiving no money through BF, had me pay for the room. The hotel figures they were paid only once which is all they need and are not refunding the money.

I made a reservation for me and my dog through here to have a surgical procedure done for her at specialty vet. It was a nonrefundable reservation. The vet called and can't take her that day and needs to reschedule. I called the hotel directly to ask if I could just move reservation to new date, to which they said yes, they'd be happy to do that, but I needed to go through Bringfido.

It's been a mess with them. They say they've reached out to hotel to confirm what I said, but they said they sent an email and that is all. Hotel says they didn't receive email, and basically, I can't get the reservation changed. I'm wishing I'd just booked directly with the hotel now.

I planned my whole trip through BringFido for my dog's 11th birthday as he is retiring from working dog status this year as well. Every stop or stay was strictly pet-friendly options. The website was easy to navigate, the reviews were spot on!

Provided needed information to make informed decisions for traveling spouse!

TL;DR: Have tried to correct multiple listings several times and while they initially said they would do so, they never did. The information on the listings is INCORRECT and they do nothing to fix it.

We are the local health department and we require establishments that are dog-friendly to meet certain requirements. BringFido has listed many food service establishments in our jurisdiction that are NOT legally permitted to allow dogs. We emailed BringFido to ask them to only list the establishments that are legally allowed and provided them with that list.

Initially, Jessica (Lead Category Manager), replied and said they needed a list of the businesses that were NOT allowed and they would get them removed. So we went through BringFido and collected the literally DOZENS of sites erroneously listed and sent them to Jessica. Then... nothing. We emailed for a status update 3 more times over a one-year period and have never received another reply. And all the incorrect listings STILL remain.

We use Bring Fido when traveling to find places to eat with our puppy. This time was no exception and we found an ideal lunch spot!
