Absolute garbage site. Booked a hotel for tonight after driving all day and their system confirmed it with the hotel for the 23rd (it's the 15th). The first rep I spoke to disconnected me after ten minutes on hold. The second rep couldn't do anything to fix it other than give the hotel manager an Expedia number for me to call. Expedia couldn't even find the booking because the only number I had was a bringfido confirmation number that they can't find in their system.

Spent more than two hours in a hotel lobby to finally just pay full price for the room through the front desk clerk. After another 20 minutes on hold I was told they'd "look at" getting a refund for the booking. Feel free to check the notes on the file, confirmation # 4112581142.

Absolute dumpster fire of a website.

The last rep I spoke with was kind enough to actually seem genuinely apologetic. Have never had to waste so much time to get a hotel room fixed and then STILL have to pay full price at the desk.

Easy to navigate site and great ideas while traveling.

They will actually find you a room on your route that allows for the dogs you have! Fido is so helpful when you call them!

Bring Fido is a one stop shop to find pet friendly accommodations without searching each hotel property website for acceptance of my fur baby. Sometimes that info is buried and searching is frustrating trying to find on individual sites. We love road trips and Bring Fido is a great asset to us!

Love BringFido. This is such a great way to travel if you are bringing a dog. I travel with my dog often and have spent hours on confusing websites or calling hotels etc. trying to figure out if the dog is welcome.

The pet concierge called me to informed me that one of the three hotels I chose could not accommodate my three dogs and went ahead and found another hotel for us !!

Our room was newly renovated. Modern and clean. the front desk was friendly and helpful. It was an excellent value.
