Used this app extensively for booking hotels and finding amenities during a 4 day cross country road trip that had us going through 5 different states. No issues with any of the bookings and found some great dog parks as well

I just want to send out my sincere thanks to the team at BringFido. I coordinated lodging through their website for a LaQuinta Inn in Las Vegas. Of course, it looked great in the pics but when we arrived, the accommodations were fair at best. There was people hair in the bed from the previous guest, (assumed) the pool was closed for use and the breakfast kitchen was represented by a "B" rating by the Dept of Health. They helped to try to negotiate a refund but unfortunately the hotel only settled for not charging us for the day not used. They helped us find a much better location to stay which was perfect!

I inadvertently clicked what I thought was to look at pricing but ended up making a reservation I did not want. I called Bring Fido and the gentleman on the line promised to take care of which he did. Will use you again. Thank you!

I have never spoke with the person and it beyond
malicious. All I could do is respond. Bring Fido
will not remove it and the same posted on Yelp.
They should not be in business. No respect for
a business and all the hard work put into a business.

We took a road trip last year for the first time, with our dog, and again this year. We drove from Illinois to Oregon. Bring Fido made traveling incredibly easy. We decided when we wanted to stop driving for the day, found a hotel and also where to have dinner. It’s great, and customer reviews are incredibly helpful. Makes traveling with your pet so much easier and enjoyable.

Excellent customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, respectful.
Helped me with reservation two nights in a row. No one was at the desk of the motel and I had paid online. Customer service person got ahold of someone to let me in and get a key. Very much appreciated as I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t want to hassle with trying to cxl and get a refund.

We used BringFido to book hotels for a cross country trip. The interface was great and recommendations from other pet parents were very helpful. The app is really excellent, too, with our stays easy to find and clear links to mapping apps. Very satisfied!

BringFido is always my 1st choice when looking for dog friendly places! Whenever we go camping or travel somewhere new, I go to BringFido for the best dog friendly places around. I enjoy the layout of the website and easy navigation, links and photos.

Our waitress was very friendly and sweet. She was good to our dog, and she made sure we had all we needed like paper towels and sauces, etc. Will definitely go back!

I had a delay in my trip and faced losing my non-refundable night's entire charge. I called BringFido the night before my scheduled arrival and they worked with the hotel to move my reservation to the next night with no fee. It was beyond great service and I am very grateful.

I have a large German Shepherd. This is a great resource to find hotels and restaurants where I can go with my big guy. I've needed to call to make a same day reservation and the service was great! Very nice interaction!

Traveling with 3 small dogs can be difficult. The BringFido personnel were very helpful. They saved us on pet fees and were able to get the 2 dog maximum waived or found us a hotel that would allow 3 dogs in one room,thus saving us money. We used them 3 days straight on our trip to Idaho from Texas. I will definitely use them again.

They do their best to show dog-friendly places, although the inventory is still very US-heavy. We booked a hotel and the hotel had stopped accepting dogs. The BF team got back to us within 12 hours to help us change or get a refund (they don’t control the changes in hotel pet policy). So far, a good experience.

We used Bring Fido to book hotels for our trip from Ecuador back to the US. We had some issues with paperwork and had to stay in Ecuador for another week. Bring Fido helped us cancel our reservations in Washington DC with no penalty, and helped is find an AirBnB for our extended stay in Ecuador. Most hotels would have charged us the $1000 for the hotel in Washington, but Brooklyn at Bring Fido called the hotel for us and asked them to refund our money. Thank you Brooklyn and Bring Fido for helping us through a trying situation.

The company was fine very good response to my issues.
