I’ve used BringFido for a few years now, and haven’t been disappointed. Just a really good resource for traveling.

BringFido booked our stay and we had no worries about getting a pet friendly room .Check in was a breeze everything was ready at time of check in.

I have used this service several times in the last two years driving back and forth between Chicago area and Southeast Missouri with 2-3 little doggies, and have never been disappointed! On my last trip in early December 2023, I stayed at the hotel for four days while loading up a 20' UHaul with personal items still in storage after a move out of IL. Booking through the Bring Fido app saved me almost $100 for the four days from what another "best price" booking service quoted! Bring Fido staff are always there to help when needed!

BringFido is an excellent resource for finding places to stay. But traveler beware! This is a 3rd party booking site and, so far, the hotels I have book have not been given my pet information. The first few times we arrived they had no idea we were traveling with dogs and had to change our room to a ground floor. The last time we booked through BringFido, I called the hotel after booking to check and, again, they didn't know about our pets. Always call the hotel and make sure they know you are traveling with dogs!!!

The articles they send are helpful and may entice a trip to a friendly place you never thought about before. The site is well organized and you can narrow your search to a particular location to discover a new eatery, activity, or place to stay that is dog friendly.

BringFido is an awesome resource for those of us who love our pets like family. We want to bring our dog everywhere when we do need to travel, and BringFido helps find hotels, restaurants, dog parks, etc. wherever we go. Keep it up!

All of our reservations (we are traveling through 8 states) have been exceptional and first floor. This makes it extremely easy with two dogs for potty time, walk time and outdoor time. Highly recommend using BringFido to all pet owners traveling.

We had a great experience, house was clean and well stocked. Pool and hot tub were a plus.... We would stay here again.

Ate at Aweful Authors in Kitty Hawk, NC. Walked in with the dog (20 lb Schnoodle) who had been in the car for 7 hour drive…he was excited and was jumping up and down and the manager told us we couldn’t eat there with the dog. After BEGGING her to let us and explaining he would settle down she finally agreed after giving us explicit instructions about his behavior. Our dog was great and we ordered a hamburger patty for him…was told I couldn’t feed him inside so I went outside to feed him…not dog friendly in my opinion. The waitress and food were great! Manager named Karen could have been a whole lot nicer.

Loved Bring Fido Website. To be honest I had never heard about this site until I was trying to find a Cabin where I could bring my dog. All the other sites I went on either said they were closed for the season or were sold out. Then I found this site after googling places I could bring my pet with. I will definitely be using this site to help me with future reservations!! Thank you! We had an easy reservation experience and a GREAT time!

Price very deceptive.
Love the concept of searching for places that are pet friendly. We booked a weekend away, first trip away for our family for a very long time. Great location, accommodation and host.
What we found mortifying was the US charge on our credit card rather than an AU charge that we were expecting.
We have re-stepped through the booking process and at no time during the initial search does it state US$, (and why would it when searching on the Australian site), it sneakily puts this on where you confirm your details. Quite deceptive as it shows the AU price right up until you confirm details and submit your request.
Our two nights away ended up costing us not far off double of what we expected, not what we could really afford, or we would never have booked.
Please make the currency clear, right from the start.

I love this website. Lots of current reviews and information on pet walking areas, etc. It also gives you the extra charges for pets, size and number of pets allowed, so you do not get to the hotel and it is sooooo expensive..Information is very accurate and I only use this site when traveling

BringFido is our first stop when planning trips. The first time we booked hotels on the site, a pet concierge phoned us to let us know that one of the hotels we chose had changed their pet policy and no longer allowed dogs. She found an alternate location for us. If we hadn't used BringFido, we wouldn't have known until it was too late. The information they provide on pet-friendly restaurants and activities is helpful and reliable. BringFido is an invaluable resource for people who care about their pets.

Positive things: concept is good. Provide information about hotel pricing when travelling with dogs. One start for that.

Negative things:
1. Information about extra fees is unreliable (at least in Spain). I tried to use service 2 times. BringFido web site says "No extra fees" for dogs. Hotel says extra fee (20€ , 35€) must be paid. Information in BringFido seems to be outdated. According to hotel persons, during the Covid (3 years ago), there was no extra fee but it is not valid anymore. Improvment: please check and update information in BringFido frequently.
2. Pet Friendly Quarantee does not work. When I select booking date and select "Book now", service says "reservations are ALWAYS backed by our Pet Friendly Guarantee". Anyhow I had to pay extra 20€ in hotel. When contacting BringFido customer service they told me Pet Friendly Guarantee is NOT ALWAYS valid but only if reservation is done one day before. Improvment: Web say should say "reservations MAY be backed up by our Pet Friendly Guarantee" or even better, application should check the current date and reservation date and inform user if Guarantee is valid or NOT.
3. Making reservation using mobile phone application and credit card does not work. I tried 3 different credit cards and systems informs "unavailable SCA". Same mobile phone and credit card works fine with other booking system (e.g. booking.com, hotels.com, etc). Improvement: fix the security/SCA bug of your application

I always use BringFido to book hotels so that there are never any unexpected surprises when I arrive with my dog.

The hotel was perfect- easy access both for us & to take our sweet beagle out for her business- The accommodations were perfect- small room, but nice kitchen & the lighting especially in the bathroom area was perfect.

Bring Fido did not disappoint, Our stay at the Baymont Inn in Harrisburg, PA was great. I should emphasize that the grassy areas to walk your pet are very large and there are several - more than we have ever seen before. Reasonable pet fee of $20 for two dogs. The rooms are large and well accommodated - very quiet hotel and good complimentary breakfast.
