Christian was an absolute legend w problem solving. He was cool, calm and collected and walked me through resetting my cameras after we changed internet providers. I was literally on day 3 of no sleep and trying to set up cameras to no avail. I should’ve called sooner.

I like the service, but I don't like that I had to pay for shipping on sensors that were not working properly after a few months. However, the CSR was very nice when trying to explain even when we agreed to disagree.

As a homeowner who had Brinks at two previous homes I decided to cancel my service when moving a third time rather than pay $850 required for all new equipment when mine was working fine. Not much use for ransome tactics so I went with different home security company.

I have been without internet service for over a week now, my internet service crashed and my modem was damaged because of that too. So they finally fixed everything and gave me a new modem and a new password. So my technician today was able to walk me through fixing my doorbell and key pad for my alarm system. We had to reset everything and enter the new name and password for my modem. The young lady I worked with was very knowledgeable, professional, and very patient with me. I mess up a few times inputting the code into the key pad, but we finally got it all working and I am so happy now.
