Easy to report and helpful

Easy to report break down. They give an estimated time and agent arrives within that time. I've always had a great experience with nice, friendly agents when I've needed to call them out.

Great Service

I broke down on the M25 in the pouring rain with 2 children in the vehicle. We were made a priority and the call centre staff were exceptional. We were provided with accurate recovery timescales, we had welfare checks and they offered sound advice in terms of keeping ourselves safe. The service was very good and they kept in constant contact.

Excellent service when it was needed

I used the "At Home" service to deal with a damaged tyre. Reporting online was very easy, I received clear updates by text message and the recovery person phoned me to say they were on their way. All dealt with quickly and without any fuss.

Flat tyre at home

Flat tyre at home. Everything handled perfectly by Britannia and their agent McAdam. Car recovered to tyre retailers with the minimum of fuss. Superb service on a wet and miserable day. Shame modern cars don't have spare wheels.

Brilliant service

My phone call was answered immediately. The call handler took my details and I was told that somebody should arrive within two hours.
After one hour I received a call from the recovery agent, he said he would arrive 30 minutes later. He arrived exactly 30 minutes later and was able to start my car within a few minutes (the battery was flat).
The agent was polite, friendly and very efficient.
