The two guys that completed the bird proofing for my solar panels were ANGELS! They were on time, they called in advance with an update. Excellent communication, tidy and incredibly professional! I can't recommend highly enough!! Thank you for your fabulous work.

The whole experience from speaking to the office staff to seeing the completed work was first class. It was so good to speak to a real person in the first instance, and to receive a quote straight away. The staff kept me updated on when the work could be carried out, and the workmen arrived exactly when expected. The men who carried out the work were friendly and efficient, doing a professional and tidy job. I would recommend this company to anyone needing help with bird control.

BBC's customer relations and communications are excellent, keeping me updated every step of the way. The two gentlemen (Father and Son I believe) were an absolute pleasure to have working here, and they did a superb job with the pigeon prevention installation. My husband returned home later and was very impressed and very pleased at the quality of the work carried out. I would happily have them back if we needed a replacement one day or even refer them and BBC to friends, family or neighbours without reservation. Thank you very much.

It's difficult to speak too highly of my experience with British Bird Control. From my first enquiry to the job being completed the customer service was excellent and the men who actually carried out the work, Dan & Keaton, were first rate: personable, professional, friendly and engaging. Although the installation was only completed yesterday, based on my experience to date I have every reason to believe that IF there are any issues going forward, they will be dealt with speedily and positively which is why I can recommend "British Bird Control" as being a trustworthy, customer focussed organisation.

Very helpful from the first moment of contact. They instantly knew what was required, explained the procedure in simple terms, kept me updated by email. Called when they said they would and carried out the work earlier than they thought as they had a free slot. The guys who carried out the work were friendly, polite and explained again what they would do and kept me informed whilst the work was ongoing. They did a fantastic job solving the problems with the pigeons nesting under our solar panels. Gareth from British Bird Control was friendly, helpful, and professional from the start when we first got a quote, through to when the job was done. The team who came and installed the anti-bird cage around the panels were on time (in fact they came early!), worked really fast, and we couldn't be happier with the work done. We're pigeon free! And I love the fact the work is backed up with a warranty. Highly, highly recommended.

Excellent service. I received quick responses when I asked for a quote or other information. I was kept updated regarding the date/time of installation and everything went according to plan. I wasn't in for the installation and when I came home the job had been completed satisfactorily with no disturbance or mess. This is a very professional organisation who are proactive, polite and were a pleasure to work with.

We obviously had a pigeon problem with our solar panels. We found British Bird Control and they asked for some pictures, gave us a very competitive quote, that included a full clean of the roof and gutters. Julie in the office sorted out a mutually convenient date to do the job. We paid a small deposit and the lads turned up on the day. They did a great job, cleaned out all the nests and installed the metal barriers. Thank goodness there were no chicks in the nest, no matter what problems they cause I wouldn’t want to harm them. And cleaned up after themselves. They were polite and courteous and did a great job, one I couldn’t do for all the tea in china. A couple of days later we paid in full. I forgot to mention the full 10 year guarantee. Bonus.
