I spent time looking through the photos…
I spent time looking through the photos on website to find what I wanted. I ordered cream panels as show in photo i also ordered gold trims as viewed in photos. I recieved brown wood colour also the gold trims were a dull bronze. Nothing like advertised. I have emailed numerous times. 1 answer was I could and should paint them. It was not what was advertised and they was no help at all. I would not recommend using these at all. False advertising and just cut you off. There are so many panels out there but I picked this company because they had photos of cream ones. Terrible customer service

The customer service was brilliant they responded to my request quickly and professionally. I was able to exchange the panels for a different colour and they picked up the panels that I had ordered and exchanged them quickly. For the price the panels are great! Would definitely order again.
