The pillow purchased last week is not as described, it is soft memory foam that gives no support, attempted to use , but gave in after two nights, company isn’t responding to emails or phone calls to initiate a return , all in all poor customer care . The same type of pillow is available elsewhere for a cheaper price

Having had a pain in my neck for about 5 months I decided to order from you as you were “a British Pillow Company” I naively presumed the pillow was made in the UK so was quite dismayed that when it did arrive after a couple of weeks the “instructions” on the wrapping were in Chinese. Anyway putting that aside I tried the pillow for 7 days and decided this wasn’t the answer I needed so contacted you to ask for return instructions as stated on your page, I am still waiting 2 weeks later.

My partner wakes every morning with a bunged up nose and wheezing in his chest he snores really bad and this is keeping me awake I don’t think we’ve had a good nights sleep for years I now wear ear plugs to help me sleep which are not the most comfortable….he has moaned about every pillow I have ever bought and believe me there’s been a few….so I saw the advert for this butterfly shaped pillow and thought what have I got to loose….yes it’s quite expensive but believe me it’s worth every single penny I bought us 1 each and I didn’t hold out much hope of it working but even after the first night he had slept right through his snoring was a lot quieter and his chest/nose was a lot clearer and yes I also noticed the difference….i asked him how he slept and he replied ….very well I didn’t wake up at all and I feel so much brighter than normal…. Im calling it my miracle pillow and fully recommend it to everyone so if your thinking about it ….just do it you wont be disappointed

Was skeptical about this pillow as I have tried so many different types with no effect. Have only been using this a few days, but it’s amazing. I am getting to sleep quickly, sleeping soundly, and waking up without a headache. Neck pain is much better. So comfortable- I am a side sleeper and it really supports my neck. Would definitely recommend. Lovely soft fabric on the pillow case.

Having had a Tempur pillow for many years, which had seen better days. I was very sceptical about getting a new pillow. Having seen several makes of these “Contour Relief Pillows” which looked comfortable and interesting. I decided for a British make, I hope. I was pleasantly surprised just how comfortable it was, no problem sleeping from the first night of use. Would deffo recommend.

Had been struggling to get a decent nights sleep waking up 5 or 6 times a night trying to get comfortable on my pillow, I’ve tried several different types but always wake up in the night with aching neck or shoulders, but since using the orthopaedic pillow from The British pillow company I am finally getting a full nights sleep & really look forward to going to bed now.

Scam. Avoid at all costs.

Took my money. Claim to have despatched my order but Royal Mail have no record of receiving it.

Refusing to answer emails or phone so taking legal action.

Definitely not a British company.

Delivery was fast and efficient and the pillow is improving my morning headaches

I'm happy with my pillow at that moment I've only had it for just a week so it's hard to give it a great review at that moment.

Don’t purchase from this company i’m sure it’s a scam, received pillow it was poor quality, very flat nothing like what they advertised, wanted to return it tried about 12 emails and calls, no response at all!!!!! beware

I am trying to request a refund as the pillow isn’t what I like, it doesn’t work for me. After 3 emails to this company, I’ve still yet to have a reply. Not happy 1 star

Terrible customer service. Need to return pillow as no good. No response to the three emails I sent. Stay well clear of this company

I have been using this pillow for almost a week now and have had a restful and comfortable sleep from the very first night and neck and shoulder pain have started to ease.

Just needed to be a little higher just my opinion otherwise a good product

I was really expecting more after all the good reports l’d had about the pillow but unfortunately it didn’t do anything for me in terms of better sleep.. I find it too flat and it moves position during the night so sleep hasn’t been good while using it.. also left me with aching shoulders and headache in the mornings..

I feel that the structure of the pillow could be firmer. It feels too light. Is it a quality issue? Would a more compact structure provide greater support? Im a little disappointed.

A bit strange to sleep to begin with but now after 2 weeks it's become very comfy and more importantly it's giving my neck the support it needs.Waking up with less stiffness and no pain.So it really is making a difference.The only thing I am finding which is slightly annoying is it moves a lot especially as I turn over...so I'm putting a velcro strip on the back.
