My Dad needed a new toilet mat. It's super thick and soft and non slip, essential when your 87 years old. Very quick delivery. Item very good quality, better than I expected.

Three weeks in and still not received order (3-5 days you said!!)!

Was looking for a cheap and cheerful garden hose pipe with a wind up reel. Found one here at Brits Home Garden. Products/ Stock seem a little random but bargains to be had and free delivery makes it. Set arrived in good time and was exactly as expected. Worth a look every now and agian

I purchased a swimming pool pup but unfortunately it was not compatible for my pool sent it back on the 19/7/05 over a week ago and still have had no response from britshomegarden
about my refund would not purchase again from this company.

Great product, slightly less good communication.
I bought a curved shower curtain rail (what a fantastic idea by the way) from another retailer but it was too short for our needs. Brits Home Garden had a longer version for the same price, and when it arrived it was much better quality and fitted easily. now, although we're standing in a bath, it feels like we're in a shower room!
The only issue with comms was that the emails I received didn't mention Brits Home Garden in the subject line. I get a lot of emails and various messages about parcels, but if I don't know what a message is from it's subject line it can easily get deleted as possible spam. If it said something like, "Your Brits Home Garden parcel is on the way", I would had know that the wheels were in motion and wouldn't have had to write to the company to ask where my product was. Great product though :)

This company will do anything to frustrate you. I had a legitimate complaint but was sent round the houses and in the end just gave up. It wasn't worth the time and effort.

Shocking, been waiting 10 days for a refund I have every evidence to show I refused delivery as I changed my mind I didn't want the item anymore it states on tracking customer refused delivery yet 10 days on still messaging this company several times a day to get my refund!!

Received my order in record time had a little problem and it was revolved promptly would recommend

Good value product, delivered quickly

Had I bought the kneelers (x2) from Amazon they would have cost more, & with delivery on top - so the fact that BHG didn't charge for the latter a bonus, appreciated. The kneelers themselves are sturdy, comfortable enough - reckon good value for money. Came within a few days (there was no hurry) well-packaged - easy to put together. But the gloves - oh vay! A joke? Left over from Catman? No surprise these never seen at any garden centre we've been to. Gave us a good laugh. Tho' do get that you can use the claws in lieu of a trowel, for some things - but they are awkward to wear, to say the least. The rest, can recommend.
